Some evidence is a gross understatement for evolution. Christianity and evolution are fully compatible, of course you have to dismiss a literl sense of the bible but common sense should do that anyway.

to whatever is told to me by my superiors. i've seriously looked into this stuff and found some exciting and astounding answers. now, is there any way to fully prove an intelligent design? no, but like you said, it is all theory, atheism and/or darwinian evolution is also a theory, there are many unexplained aspects of it that take faith to come to terms with. even our great friend richard dawkins said intelligent design is a valid theory in the movie "expelled".

also, to finish up the microevolution lecture, in the wall lizard or ruin lizard, the microevolutional advancements were not really advancements at all, they were weaker due to the changes, so now i ask the question, can evolution reverse itself or do animals, like people, just stop using certain parts of their anatomy and in effect, those get weaker or start using more parts of their anatomy and said parts become stronger due to the excessive use. it is all micro. and the denial is ignorant

i accept microevolution but that is completely different than overall change in species. like i had said before, these microevolutions occur specifically because of either increased or decreased use of the "microevolved" part of the creature's anatomy. it is like building muscle, or being obese, the offspring will inherent the parent's traits. however, the general population of the world is not moving towards one specific and largescale change. No it isnt, everything evolves from a micro level to a macro level. The basic evolution of cells form a different appearance i.e phenotypes but ofc can change genotypes aswell.
The Itallian wall lizard is an example of species change, it can no longer reproduce with the wall lizard.
Evolution occurs when a species in a certain area is say diminishing in population, the best adapted will survive. Not because of repetative use of a body part. (con...)

The Bible is merely a guideline as to how we are supposed to treat each other, which isn't a bad thing to treat each other with kindness, respect, love. It makes for a MUCH more fulfilling life. If we do that, then there's less stress, which leads to a longer life- then onto... well, it depends on how we decide to live our lives. The basis of the Bible is nice in that its full of promises, peace, love, HOPE. Ultimately, we love! God Bless and be careful about blasphemy. Love in friendship :)

it does have some teachings of respect and love, but you left out how you're supposed to stone your disobedient children, stone homosexuals, stone people who are trying to convert you. both the old and new testament support slavery. it doesn't make a more fulfilling life. i was a christian, raised in the church, and i can tell you that ever since i've been non religious i have felt happier and more fulfilled. you are neglecting what the bible is saying, which makes you equally "sinful" as me.

actually, if you take the time to read Ezekiel, you'll find many false prophecies. it's quite funny how many things Ezekiel promises will happen in the name of God, yet didn't! an example is when Ezekiel speaks against the city of Tyre and promises its destruction forever. yet Tyre still stands today. funny stuff.

When Alexander The Great destroyed the city in 332 BC, he brought an end to the Phoenician Empire. The Empire was never revived or "found" again. As for the city itself, it has been torn down and built upon by a succession of foreign powers.

It seems to me, if you were willing to spend this much time, thought and effort into mocking him, he must really be in your mind and heart. That is a God sign and religion is not the same as a relationship with him. True Christians try to be kind, patient and loving..... and there is nothing bad about that! I generally define True Christians as people who follow the Bible as their literal moral and intellectual code. So long as this definition is agreed upon, I feel it safe to assume True Christians are not kind, patient and loving, for the Bible does not support such things, but rather ignorance, hatred of others, genocide, and lots and lots of stonings.
