you dont need a licence for this i have it and it will kill small game like squirls rabbits and birds its the most powerfull gun you can get in canada without a pal in other words gun licence and it doesn not shoot 1000fps mine is the same name and model 22cal and it shoots 500fps and i got it for the same price

@WORLDATWARCAL...yes a canadian crosman phantom (wich i have can easly kill birds and rabits 1 or 2 shot from 10 yards and squirrls normaly 1 to 3 shot depending how far he is ...i have killed 9 squirrls with it and i use this gun for when i go small game hunting

and knocks out rabbits, squirrels, crows with one shot, took 3 shots to bring down a racoon but it was wobbly with the first shot.

this gun in canada is 100 fps now thats enough to kill a cyote if you get it in the right spot, the only thing about this gun is canada you need a F.A.C which i am sending in this weekend, it is not a hard course to do. let me know on any othe rinfo u need to get this gun

@ak74playa you are a fucking retard, you cant measure power in fps as you dont know the weight so when u say it goes 1000fps, if you put a heavy pellet in it will go less than 1000fps. you clearly know nothing about guns, putting bbs in there ruins the rifling in the barrel, its for pellets only (do you even know what rifling is) do u know dry firing smashes the piston head into the chamber breaking it eventually that means that firing with no pellet damages the gun down syndrome

you dont NEED a license...it just helps when the cops show up.cutting the piston down 1.5 inches will instantly bring it from 430 to 730, adding a strong spring,better seal, polishing and lubing everything, and drilling out the transfer port will get you around 890

i just got the quest, which is basically the same thing with a wooden stock and blued steel instead of stainless. i would highly reccomend either model. BTW NEVER EVER dry fire. it causes it to lose power. it wears down the spring

i agree its a very good gun i have the wood version and i use the 4 by 32 scope i hunt squirrel and i use it and it increaces my acurracy a lot i like the camo

Not a bad review.

1. Never dry fire a air rifle

2. Pba, performance ballistic alloy is hard and light, but is not good for hunting. It doesn't have the penetration needed to be a hunting class pellet.

hmm that depends if u can pump it every time because it gets boring and hard but yes it is very accurate from a 100ft u can hit a quarter i have another video of a red Ryder watch it its a good beginner gun and subscribe :)
