Comparing Palin's experience to Obamas is great. There both have very little experience. Somebody mentioned that people are asking why McCain picked Palin. That is the question that people (including Hillary's 18 million supportors) why the democratic party picked Obama. He was not the best qualified. So instead of asking that of McCain, take a look at the inexperience that you elected.

Maybe that's why Obama made that big world trip meeting with foreign leaders. He may not have a lot of experience with it, but he's got some, and he's more than ready and willing for more. AND, the world leaders were a lot more comfortable with the idea of meeting with him than McCain.

So glad this got pointed out on CNN. McCain makes a big deal of going down there and hanging out at the hurricane command center as if he actually has any executive authority to do anything. He's playing president, trying to look like he's in control of a situation that he's really barely involved in. He did the same thing with the Georgia invasion, sending his wife over there and so forth. I pray the American people are smart enough to see through his BS.

Obama was right to stay out of the way. He can do and is doing a lot more from home. He is tapping into his base of people to raise funds. He is also on the phone with the right people and is telling them if they need his help just ask. He is also tapping into his core of volunteers to help, something I have not heard from McCain. McCain went down there to do photo ops, not much more. He could not really do anything but get in the way. I am glad Obama did not do that.
