Well, you didn's see these guys in TX many years ago (they were not born). But of course this band was originally called the Small Faces with Steve Marriott! MERCURIUS did do a gig with Gruff Mummies in Bremerton and that was sum fun. For modern music in this vein try Simon Dawes....
Saw HGR at a small show in Waco, TX many years ago. Loved them ever since...but I still don't know why. You must experience their live shows. Definitely one of my favorites.
