oh god! thats horrible! .. i hope she didnt get any bad injuries to her head or anything besides that... This is competitive dancing. They practice about nine hours a week for all of their dances .. its probably a lot more competitive which is why the competitions are still so big .. there was 311 dances at nationals!
actually, the video company edits it out so that you can have a nice quality video without all of the obnoxious screaming. Oh & they got in to a junior entertainment challenge and they kickedd ass :)

they got a high gold, it was wierd they've gotten a platinum at ever comp, even at IDC regionals? it was wierdd .. but they got second overall for duo/trios so that was goodd

its one in upstate new york.

haha i'm in a dance studio too, we went to idc nationals in massachusetts in 2008 i think. lol they were good :]
