I tried this recipe it was great.Usually I boil or steam my brussel sprouts but this way was much better.I check everyday for new recipes from you please keep them coming.And also ,since it,s only 2 days to Christmas from our home here in Canada to yours Merry Christmas

the taste of brussel sprouts is so very differetn when milk or 1/2 1/2 is used. I think it takes the bitterness out. I hope you enjoy them this way.
