Looks like the term I came up with 5 years ago in 29 palms is catching on. People say all drugs should be legalized but I think these guys should be in hospitals and not jails. Of course it would be more expensive and many jails are privatized so I have no answer to the problem. If everything was legalized then drug lords wouldn't make any money if the state or government could offer the same stuff cheaper and people could only use them in special dens with spotters or some medical staff. But then they wouldn't want to stop. All I know is the drug war is failing.
