Good comment - even if not entirely accurate. Nevis is not actually on th banks of any Loch, although the closest would be Loch Linnhe. The actual height of Ben Nevis(translation - venomous or cloudy hill) is 1344 meters or 4409 ft. The pic of the loch was actuaully taken on the way home south of Fort William and is Loch Leven. Ben Nevis is actually 4406ft high and is on the banks of Lock Locky.... Lock Lomonds is mile away...... gd video :D

If I'm not mistaken Ben Nevis is nearly 5000 feet the highest peak in the British Isles!Loch Lomond a beautiful lake at its foot!

Amazing place!!! Did it in February last year. Not a great idea knee deep in snow pretty hard going. But i'd do it again tomoro if i could.
