  • Take 2 x live lobster, throw in boiling water then don't use them in your dish at all. Whats the point?

  • @dannettebrooks2 come on. you don't have to be an educated chef to see that this is a noble dish made bad. Its sloppy and poorly executed. I wouldn't wanna use the same language as the guy above. But he has a point. Lobster thermidor with soup from a can? If you now this guy, please ask him if he would do this any differently if he had the chance? I know beeing on Us TV is all about cutting down on time. If he really is a master chef ask him to make a youtube video of a real Lobster thermidor.

And what was the point to have lobster meat on the side to save time, if he still needed the shell to finish the dish. This is Culinary sacrelege. Like painting a copy of mona lisa by pissing on the canvas. This wasnt made easy, it wasnt made at all. Cause it was all wrong.

    the french chefs I worked with were old school and the entire dish would have been done in the broiler from raw shelled lobster combined with the ingredients and broiled to bring out the lobster flovor out of the meat and shell into the bure-blanc and fresh grated cheese and garlic seasoned breadcrums to finish..........Interesting use for and otherwise not very good soup I must say.

    I am not hating on you, just kind of, off the wall stuff.
