I know this question must come up a lot, but have you tried the acne.org regimen? I know it's just a topical tool to fight acne, but at least it's something you can stick to.
i became a vegan recently and when i did i notice that I started breaking out more... I linked my acne to soy products. now that i am avoiding soy.... no more acne! try it out hun it may work for you too!!!
I've had acne problem most of my life and I finally found something that has def helped! My doc pug me on an antibiotic called Tetracycline 500mg twice a day. I've tried other antibiotics and none worked. But this one has worked wonders. I've been so down becuz I though I'd either have to pay tons of money to go either see a specialist and have expensive treatments. So if no one has tried this antibiotic first, please ask your doc about it! My skin is clear now! Once in a while I will get a pim
take evening primrose oil its d best for hormonal acne its been 2 months now n not 1 pimple i swear im soo happy :) i was on accutane and tried bcp n nothin worked...
continued...I've become pretty used to it and so it doesn't irritate my skin anymore. But what you can do is dilute it with some cooled down green tea - and I know you know all the benefits of green tea for skin ;) Hope this helps!!
One thing that is totally natural and so good for helping with acne is raw, organic apple cider vinegar (Bragg's brand). I use it in two ways and it really seems to have helped my nodular, cystic, hormonal acne: #1. I drink 1-2 teaspoons in 6-8 ounces of water every morning. It helps to balance your body's pH, making it more basic and less acidic. #2 I apply it as a toner - its a natural antiseptic and helps to fade old acne discoloration. But be careful, the first few times it stings..
I had the same thing happen to me. I came off the birth control pills and my acne came back (just not as bad). I refuse to go on accutane. However, I think your skin still looks great for not being on any hormonal method. I just gave in and went back on it and my skin has been perfect since. Not a single pimple. Inbox me if you want more info on the brand I take. My skin was like yours before you got on Yaz! I have the skincare routine down pat. My scars have faded! You look wonderful though! :)
