Soviet POWs in Polish captivity died of starvation and illnesses because there was almost no food and medicine in Poland because World War One was for 4 taking place on Polish lands and because after World War One there came another war,this time between Poland and Soviet Russia and Bolshevik Russia burned and destroyed everything it could.Blame yourselves for the destructions and pillaging of Polish lands when you think about poor conditions for your soldiers.

@tagaphon Because the help of polish epidemologist came later than it should, help of Professor Zielinksi came after the battle of warsaw ended so the soviet prisoners of war before 1920 didnt had such medical care as those who were captured after 1920, the biggest tole which took on pows were epidemics which killed thousands but they werent starving to death. In an overcrowded closed place diseases are spreading very quickly and Poles didnt anticipated that
