  • HI Perry

    thanks for this nice ved.

    but I have 2 qustions

shall I but cold water only

or rome tempratior water could hlp

\Q2 shall I store it in dark place

  • @dental2th I like to start with warm or even hot water from the tap, it seems like it tenderizes the hull faster, and gets things going quicker. While sprouting I leave it a room temperature on the kitchen counter usually. Once a day I fill the jar partially with water to rinse, then just pour off. Once the sprouts are as long as you want, put the jar in the fridge.

  • i guess its just like bulgur wheat at the healthfood store. i didnt sprout them but just soaked it in hot water then assembled the tabouli. yummo

  • thanks Perry,good to know.

  • Learn something new every day thanks for posting.

  • Another great vid. I noticed you don't use a mylar bag inside your bucket. Is that because of the gasketed lid or do you feel that the bag is not necessary in any case? Thanks for the channel.

  • @huguenot67 Yes, the lid to the bucket has a nice rubber gasket, so that is all that is needed.
