  • Some horrible comments below. Totally uncalled for and mostly ignorant. Slow, steady weight loss is the very best way. You are far more likely to stay as you are now than someone who drops it super fast and who works out to excess which isn't completely maintainable.

  • Yeah well if you do the Atkins and south beach diets you can lose it faster and there are steps you can take so you don't go into a binge it's called treating yourself but yh I guess well done you look great you really do but will say don't act like you now it all and know what your on about that's kool some diets suit others and some but not all like to do it as slowly at That!!!

  • The comment below is a bit of a downer. Everybody has different metabolisms and some diets may lead to more rapid weight loss, but I think this video has the best message - just keep going! Even if the weight loss seems slow. Congrats to you for your weight loss and for sending out a positive message!

  • First of all no one is going to diet healthy and only manage to loose wieght soo little in one year as u, sorry honey buh i loose like 3-5kgs each week and I don't starve myself I do a healthy DIET and exercise normally, so what diet was u doing>??Pliz tell us so that we can avoid your mistake. Congratulations cause it's still better then nothing but I know people who would have dropped more then that the healthy way

  • I guess if we were as obsessed with our own face as you are, we could relate to this video. How does 47 shots of your face, no dates on the increments of loss, and no techniques and a few statements that we all already know (like weight loss takes time) and "keep going" (really?), help anyone? You could eliminate this one from your series and it wouldn't be any kind of a loss.

  • 30 something pounds can be lost in 2-3 months. You need to exercise -.-. WW is not really the best way to go about it. Just jacks your money. Research and do it yourself.

  • I don't starve myself, and I exercise 5-6 days a week and it took me 3 months to lose 37 pounds. IT must have been frustrating to lose only 30 something pounds in a year! I can't imagine!

  • Hey Jess, I think you should know that watching this video has given me renewed inspiration. What you said is so spot on. I think the real key to weight loss is just to keep going, no matter what. It's not always the easiest thing to do, especially if you've had an off day or week. But really, it's the only choice. Congrats on your success, you are truly an inspiration!
