i really think that you made this video in a tilting angle, so that at least we can see the shadow of the keys you're pressing, but it's ok... i already know this part, haha... :P ,...nice tutorial though!
Im really thankful for your Fur Elise tutorial, I can now play it fully :)
Will you be making any tutorials for piano ? I was looking all over the web for a tutorial for "Oginsky Polonaise" but sadly I never found one. If ever you decide to make a tutorial but dont know for which song please consider the Oginsky Polonaise
@willefos Hehe :) - Well, Im from Norway, its a bit farther north, but I guess the accent can be similar, even though I could not pull of a proper Arnold Impersonation to save my life though;) hehe
Great job, excellent tutorial! I've learned The second hard part in one single day with your tutorial. Slow, of course! :-) Your advice, to slow it down, is so right! When I play it slow without mistakes, it sounds way better than playing it fast but with mistakes. Now I have to try to play it fast without mistakes, this seems to be the really hard part. :-)
good tutorial.. i can play this song when i was 5 yrs old but the problem is i dont know the hard part.. so thank you very much after 6yrs of hard work.. i can play this hard part now.. im not really a beginner im 11 :D :D
AWESOME TUTORIAL I Got most of it but sum parts i cant get cus theyre too hard especially the middle of the song where it has a sort off happy filled theme to it
Question, on the 9th bar on the music sheet, the one starting with the letter 'p' underneath, the left hand play two notes, right? Please correct me if I am wrong. However, you play only the A note, why?
Hi. It might be a bit hard at some places, but It shouldn't be a problem if you choose HQ and use the full screen-option. I don't have the time to ad all the note names now! I might make another hard part tutorial that is easier and more detailed explained later if I get the time:)
Takk! You helped me so much with the first part (I already knew it pretty well, but you gave me that extra inspiration to carry on) that I'm now on to this part... love this video, more inspiration and some humour to get on with it. XD
been learning this song for few months this part is actually easier than first and third hard part..I think the first hard part and the 3rd hard part is a lot harder than this.
do you have any tips for playing the 3rd hard part's arpeggio right? Every time when I play it it sounds broken in different parts..they don't sound smooth at all..THANKS!
Slow it down!!! :) Sooo Much that its Smoooth as ****, Dont speed up!! Play it even slower in the beginning that you can, and then wait til the next day and speed up Just a little. Progress slowly and it will be smooth and good in shorter time than Always playing it fast, and making the same mistakes over and over, imprinting the mistake!! =)
Thank you for taking the time to make this tutorial. My 10 yr old son has learned all but the final two hard sections, from a program on his keyboards. Hopefully your lessons will help him complete this piece.
Hehe :) Yeah, I forgot the chord cause I went so slow :)) And after that loong take with all that counting ect I didnt want to redo it :)) heeh - But bloopers are always fun :)
Well its individual what you might refere, but its a lot easyer after a while to keep count. Before I had to count inside myself, but now I easly detect when Ill play the right hand without counting :)
The bycicle-fingering is also written out on most of the Fur Elise sheets I have seen!
Hi Thomas! I really liked your new tutorial, it was easy to follow and funny at some parts. :D '33' xD Haha, that was good! :P
I actually prefer reading music to watching tutorials, but you did very well, my friend. :) It's nice of you that you want to help people to learn this beautiful piece. :) Btw, did you use fingering given in the sheet music or did you do it in a different way? :)
you play it slowly which makes it so much easier to see what your doing!
I havent bothered to learn this myself cos i am now where near good enough to learn this- although when i first got my keyboard i taught myself part of the right hand...
i really think that you made this video in a tilting angle, so that at least we can see the shadow of the keys you're pressing, but it's ok... i already know this part, haha... :P ,...nice tutorial though!
