The difficulty is not really that important...if you're extremely dedicated, particularly the Japanese, then difficulty is irrelevant because they are going to master the combo and all the setups.

Clap loop definitely should not be in.

i've heard about ogawa trying out carl, but apparently he didnt like it because carl....is too slow.

I don't think you understand. You try to get out of grab, you lose. You stay and take it, you lose. There is really nothing you can do accept burst, which puts you down to carls health pratically. And if you ever get into another loops your done for. If you watch DIO vids, from what i recall, usually gets opponents in loops (which would sometime lead to them bursting extremely early). Pretty much nothing you can do about it. Carl has many ways to get you in loops.

Yes he plays, but he's from the A-cho arcade and there is not a lot of videos up yet, but there are some just search something like "Blazblue Shonen Litchi". He dominates that arcade basically.

carl is the worst player in the game, he has the worst match-ups lowest hp in the game weak without nirvana and his puppet is too slow. its just that dio is that good thats why he is so respected for having the balls use the worst player.

Carl is lower mid tier in this game, it's just the fact that Dio is that good with his character.
