@SADDLERACKCOWGIRL.....I PURCHASED MY SPEEDY 40 AT THE LV STORE IN PALO ALTO AT THE STANFORD SHOPPING CENTER. WHEN THE SA WENT TO THE BACK TO BRING OUT THE BAG, THE HANDLES HAD PLASTIC WRAPPED AROUND THEM. SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY NORMLY TAKE THE PLASTITC OFF BEFORE THEY SALE THE PRODUCT. I DONT THINK THE LV STORE WOULD SALE ME A KNOCK-OFF ITEM. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE LV STORE NEAREST YOU OR ANY LV STORE FOR THAT MATTER AND INQUIRE. YOU KNOW, GET THE FACTS BEFORE YOU JUDGE THE SITUATION!

@nowfaith0675 YUP THEY ALWAYS HAVE PLASTIC. MAYBE SHE JUST WANTS YOU TO SEE THAT SHE IS REALLY GIVING YOU A BRAND NEW STOCK UNTOUCHED. THATS GOOD. I ALWAYS REQUEST FOR STOCK WITH PLASTIC ON THE HANDLES SO I KNOW THAT IM THE FIRST ONE TO HOLD IT. :)

@MissAhrAhr Yerp they sure are, I was so glad they where! I prefer the gold coast store to the Brisbane one to be honest. My bag is great! Though I have to stop putting a lot of stuff in it when I have big days out haha!

@starbucksishawt Haha um well when you walk into the store an assistant usually comes and helps you, I just asked where the speedy's are and she showed me, they took the size down I wanted and I like looked at it etc and when I decided on the size they take a new one out of the draw. So yer it is pretty much that simple. The woman I had was nice but I have heard some aren't. Hoped this helped!

when you go in the store do you just walk up to the bag you want and say something like "I want this" and they go and get it for you?
