I used to love the battle with regret. I'd shoot him a couple times and his Honor Guards, and kill regret. Then back the checkpoint so I can do it again. Sooo much fun.
i haven't seen skills like that since i was at death island online. i used a tank i was in the water, could not reverse any more saw two banshees as little dots swirling in circles. and i shot the enemy out of the air. i couldn't do it again.

hmm it seems that like about 1 times out of 5 he will spawn with the sword but thats not good enough to proprly attempt a speedrun and yes im a member of HIH
Simply place your Swords reticue over a player, and when it is red, press the right trigger and then X (and A if you want to get extra height) immediately after - to fly towards, and sometimes past, the other player.
At the start where the top ledge is where near you jump you can jump onto the stone block then onto the pillar thing then onto the ledge to the gondola

i think you use the sniper till the crosshair turns red, then you quickly switch to sword and press the lunge (shoot) button

when i play it, it spawns =/ not sure check out some forums or some websites ill try and find something for you, if you dident already.

it is random if the elite has a sword or not sometimes it has a carbine plasma riffle or its a 2nd rank(red)
