Yes, he has hurt, but even the same Kenzi is on the side of Dyson, and knew that he really loves Bo in the chapter they exchanged bodies.

Who can take Lauren seriously and wonders how a hyperintelligent doctor can be as dumb as a teen extra in a slasher movie? IMO she is cold to cool at best..strike two. And deceitful,,,,strike three...Dyson will prove that love can conquer magic.....
