  • cool, but to start you can bring one side in first then sit down and bring the other side to the center and then start the exercise. This way you can prevent more injuries. (a bit complicated to explain like this lol )

  • Thanks. I couldn't figure out how to use a fly machine without your help. I mean, the bars only move in ONE direction, and the pad is shaped so that its obvious how I should sit, but I was completely stumped by this contraption. Thanks to your video, I now know how to do a machine fly. Thank you so much. I'll never forget to put my naval to spine again.
