  • the sample seems Franco Micalizzi-Stridulum Theme

  • what kinda machine is that turntable shit?? i need to get one of those asap

  • That shit has ghost face written all over it!

  • @Biggev77 yo u what what it is wit ghost

  • This shit cud come out today and kill...

  • Click on my channel ---- Nicholas "Aqua" McCarrell (Jay-Z, Beanie Sigel, Keri Hilson) in the studio making a beat. Using all live instruments. Really sick.

  • Hahahah I wanna kno who got this beat an where i can find it at! LOL This aint jus a throw away beat someone had to get this right here!

  • To all yall up-coming producers! In the words of Biggie, RELAX AND TAKE NOTES!!

  • This guy achieved excellence in under 6 Minutes.. I would probably take me 6 Months to come up with something half as decent.

  • 0:48 I thought the phone was part of the beat.

  • Just Blaze. Best Producer Alive. Promise.

  • I makes beats, check it out and give me feedback PLEASE. Don't be too harsh though.

  • does anybody know which break album that is

  • He uses the MPC as if it was a video game controller. Too damn skilled.

  • @koollord RIGHT! this dude is bananas...

  • on the QFO!

  • this inspires me

  • so true man, got a beat in the head but cant get it to translate to the boards, what a pain.

  • What was that first break? I want to flip it better than him.

  • fuck yea bro drop as fuck

  • That my friends...iswhat you call using an mpc

  • @jeffereybiderpee I mean ur right I love producing, and the first program I ever used to produce a real track was fl....I wasnt around people with mpc's or had one of my own....but I promise everything u can do with an mpc u can do with flstudio...u can run ur mpc through studio...u can load millions of sound through fl, vst's the works.... u just gotta know wht ur doin...and u really have to be into music...not just somebody tryin make a lil somethin here or there

  • @jeffereybiderpee ima have to disagreee with you on that bruh....fl studio is one of the top programs, niccas just dont know how use it....of course fl sounds corny when niccas using stock sounds and not using they own ish,,,real talk fl that shxt

  • @AOnTheTrack It wasn't fair for me to call it a toy but cmon man an mp 4000 xl vs. FL Studio dude what is Blaze using huh? Plus mp's are more fun, but I shouldn't talk cause I only use my mp and barely did much with FL. I think that most producers would pick a 4000 xl over FL if given the choice. Ones just way more expensive

  • @AOnTheTrack Yep, agreed. It doesn't matter what you use, if you've got talent, you've got talent.

People who think the tools make a good producers are seriously messed up. If that was the case, there would be just as many good producers, as there have been MPCs sold.

  • @MIXTRONIX1 qfo

  • oh shit, he sampled that nolia clap of juvenile album whoa....

  • It would have been so much easier if he made those drums into a patch phrase.

  • now thats what i call a beat... so many beats out there need that little spark that comes from scratching :)

  • what kinda drum machine is hen usin?

  • where did just blaze go to college?

  • @MrYoungZMusic just wiki his his name

  • STEP DA FUCK BACK! UHHHH LMAO SHIT IS REAL

  • Jigga would slay this beat

  • man wish this beat was an mp3 90's hip hop beat right there

  • MAKE ME SOME BEATS MAN!!!!

  • I need Just Blaze don´t sell beats for me just give me loooooooool : D.He´s a coool guy

  • Fire...This is real Hip Hop take notes.

  • agreed. thats the worst feelin having this beat in your head and you cant get it out your hands

  • does anyone know if he ever used this for a song?

  • nice

  • to the shit he did for street fighter was amazing

  • does anybody know the name of the drum break which he is using for the final one.

  • seems like fl studios would be easier than this

  • @ArchyBeatz

different strokes for diff folks, a sampler is a sampler dude

  • @ArchyBeatz AN MPC IS FAR BETTER FOR DEALING WITH AUDIO THAT FL STUDIO WHICH HAS VERY SHAKY AUDIO STRECHING

  • @ArchyBeatz FL studio is a toy compared to an mp 4000 xl and the proof is in the pudding if you watched the video.... Dope shit. Only 9th reps fruity loops

  • oh shit that was sik

  • what the fuck is going on.....awwhhhhhhhhhhhh that shit is rediculouse.......

  • Im finna try out making beats I wonder how long it will take me to master the MPC like Blaze, hopefully not that long

  • !!!!!!!Freee!!!!!!!! beat tape download with over 30!!!!!! full length tracks !! produced by the producer in the above video( nasir )! just go to electricsoulbeats home page and look for the link on the left !!!get your i pods ready !!!!!!!

  • wow....

  • im trying to get into making beats and stuff. does anyone have any advice for me like where to start????

  • dope that this homies gonna be on recovery

  • blaze is the best

  • does anybody know what turntable he's using cant find one on musicians friend

  • @sonofpsalm i believe it is a QFO turntable

  • remeber that sidekick wow am i getting old?

  • Not feeling the end part of the loop how he went high pitch with the horn. But Blaze scratch work ethic is viscious.

  • where do you get records that have vocal samples like that?

  • @DjFranchize603 They're sold online or you have to look for them at any record store that specializes in hip hop.

  • aight good looks

  • go to fatbeats for starters they have a slew of them records

  • If you wanna watch something incredible look for any video of DJ Battlecat making a beat!! That guy's amazing!

  • Looking to do mastering on your beats/music tight on your budget write to me & I will give you a honest low price for the service just send me your track and I will send you back a short demo of your mastering audio then compare A-original B-mastering version so you can hear the different of both.

    Peace

  • know what youre talking about...note repeat is repeating the hihat in 8th or 16th or in some cases 32nd notes...The MPC is looping live while youre making a beat...I have one

  • Hey man.. really nice video!

can you check my songs out id apreciate.. Thanks!

  • he's producing much of Eminem's next album Relapse 2

  • yea its gon be a crazy collabo cuz alchemist said ems punchline game is back

  • The beauty of MPC's especially on Loop Mode...

  • @BumDavisCT3

    Vestax QFO

  • Blaze should have been on da Blueprint 3

  • Hell yeah! Jay's production team on that albumn woulda been so much better if he had Blaze on there!!!

  • @Dhfhv He was. He had like 3 joints on BP3 but they got cut, one due to sample clearances I think.

  • Blaze should have been on da blueprint 3

  • Anyone know if he used this beat for anybody???

  • mother fucker look at his Watch ahaaaaa

  • ahahaha

  • retardation!

  • haha funny how you started with one loop like you aint already know what you was gon do for the cam.

  • hard shit :)

  • just fucking blaze!

    this dude got mad skills

  • What is that peice of equipment called???

  • Akai MPC 4000

  • E-Z BLAZE !!

  • if you had all that shit he has: the sample, the equipment, the mind. you definitley wouldnt come up with the same shit just did.

  • yes...my quaestion is where can I find the newest sounds ??

  • idk websites...

  • step the fuck back st st step the fuck back

  • I don't know why so many people are hating. I could see Jigga killing this track...

  • Don't hate on just blaze Cause he make 1 time a beat that doesn't sound good he makes the dopest beast on the world listen the game no more fun and games ore line em up and many more he is one of the best

  • fuck this guy is using loops???

    :\\\

  • depends. as a musician i know your pain but in beatmaking it's more about the end product than the exercise. you may want a straight groove instead of a different pocket. if u listen to some of just blaze's beats u can tell when he doesn't quantize kicks and snares to fit the pocket right. but this isn't a good example of what he does.

  • Sorry people but he is right, give me 20 minutes with that machine and I could be doing the same thing. Anyone with a brain could do this its just if you have the money

  • Anyone can play an instrument too. Don't be so up on your high horse. Playing is never the hard part, it's the creativity that matters.

  • shut your ass up

  • nice shit iam new i makeing beats abt 4 months somebody tell me what i need to work on thanks

  • dude Blaze is the man!! he makes such fresh ass shit like cruisin in miami in your white drop top benz type shit. anybody ever hear all the beats he made for NBA Ballerz on PS3 ? shit was off the hook!!

  • beat at 2 min sounds like nas no ideas original

  • god damn u were made for this art of music gotta hook me up wit custom beats dawg peace

  • are u kidding? u know who he is?

  • he makes beats for Jay-Z's label, Roc-A-Fella Records, and has produced for many others including Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, The Game, Kanye West and T.I.

  • not to mention tons for the diplomats

  • lmaoo @ you gotta hook me up wit custom beats.

    hahahahaahaha!

  • what did this beat turn into? anyone got a link? sounded pretty promising

  • damn that would be a badass battle beat.

  • i luv it peace to blaze

  • tell me there's a track with that beat ? .. sounded dope.

  • definetely inspirational

  • step the fuck back! hahahahaha that shit sounds like premier on the tables

  • oh my god this shit is hella hot! daaamn need to get a mpc for my home studio asap too! great vid!

  • All these people talkin shit on FL Studio are retarded. Only a fool blames the tools he uses. FL is a great program. I would never use it for tracking live instruments or vocals, but for arranging and "makin beats", FL is great! In fact, it's much more powerful than an MPC. An MPC is a sampler, nothing more. FL actually has a virtual MPC plug-in, plus sunths and FX. And dude who was talkin about FL 10 is just plain lying. 9 aint even out yet, I've been beta testing it and it's pretty sick. I

  • if you think FL is up to par with the MPC's your nuts....

It's coo, not my cup of tea, but then again I'm biased cause I own a 2K.....

Even the greatest FL producer ever in 9th Wonder is using an MPC now....what that tell u?

  • that mpc sux lol fl 4 life take an m audio trigger finger hook it up from fl some soundfonts n good vsts drum samples n u good money

  • i use fl studio and mpc... fl studio will never match the sound quality or the sampling ability that the mpc gives you... it doesnt cost 2gs for no reason... fl studio is a good beginers program.. if you plan on really getting serious.. mpcs... rolands.. ect.. you gotta invest in some hardware

  • That's utter B.S. I'm a professional studio engineer, and I have the MPC 2K & 4K at work. Sound quality is determined by the quality of the source material. Yes, the converters on the MPC are pretty nice, better than most cheap audio interfaces. But if I'm recording my own samples, I'll go through my Apogee A/D into Pro Tools. Once the sample is in the digital realm, there are WAY more options using a DAW than an MPC. It costs 2G's cuz it's an all-in-one solution, it has a sequencer built in.

  • i aint saying you cant make some nice tunes without an mpc.. but when it comes down to sampling u know the chopping and cutting.. you cant compare... this is comming from a long time fl user.. u can make real nice complicated tracks on fl.. but once you learn the mpc its hard to go back

  • True, but MPCs have their own issues (digital artifacts, precision issues etc.). The only way to get "perfect" sound is to use pause tap or other expensive and limiting analog methods. People forget that MPCs are digital computers just like FL and ProTools.

Quality of the source material is a much better indicator of how your music will sound in the end. A good producer/musician/engineer can get more out of Acid Pro than a bad engineer can out of an MPC200XL

  • true in deed its the man not the machine

  • A lot of these so called Producers like production to be simple that's why they have a lot of problems with using FL.

  • sick!!

  • Dude is tight....

  • just blaze is nasty on the mpc and turntables...damn im jealous lol

  • they dont get the finished product...they get the beta version, hence the name "beta" testers.

  • the brass is real gangsta in some parts of the beat

    sounds fuckin great man

CHECK OUT MY ACCOUNT AND MY BEATZ

    L-BOW BEATZ

    GERMANY

  • final beat name?

  • Is that a record with a ton of vocal samples playing or am I missing something?

  • yeah It's actually called a Break record. DJs have a tone of them to use for scratches in their mixes or for DJ competitions

  • dam blaze you a beast

  • omg who the fuck cares what you use, as long as you get it done. if no one told you that 9th wonder uses fruity loops, would you be able to tell? no! so why does it matter...

  • NO ONE IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY besides 9th WONDER USES FRUITY LOOPS!! wake up!!

  • i think dre uses it sometimes, i think....

  • NO!.. he uses PRO TOOLS!.. HE EVEN SAID IT IN AN INTERVIEW WITH JIMMY IOVINE.. WHEN THEY WERE DOING AN INTERVIEW ABOUT DR DRES HEADPHONES.. HE SAID.. "THANK GOD FOR PROP TOOLS!"

  • In actuallity even if you do use Fruity loops you'll still bring the beat into pro tools to mix it.

Also Dre doesn't use Pro Tools to MAKE BEATS. He uses real instruments as well as an MPC.

Also there are alot of Major producers that Use Fruity Loops in the Industry just for the sheer Convenience of it on the road. But 9th doesn't even use FL anymore. He's on an MPC 2500

  • cool dude!.. what you mean by real instruments.. he records them and in the studio and puts them in the MPC

  • sometimes. Other times he just tracks them out like recordin a live band. It's a million ways you can produce a record.

In the "G-funk era" He'd have a Bootsy Collins Sample, And his drum track on the MPC. Then Bring in Live bandmembers on Synths to play over it to give it that really funky sound. Then tweak it till it sounds perfectly blended and there you have "California Love", and countless other Classics

  • nah man fruity loops is shiiiiit

  • You're trippin. Fruity Loops9 is one of the Best Sampling Softwares you can buy right now. It has all the sample capabilities that you could ever need. Now as far as the MIDI capabilities it's not quite there yet. But version 10 is coming out soon to the public and it's way up to par!

  • fl9 is not even out, where di you hear about 10? lol?

  • I'm a beta tester for ImageLine (the company that makes it) so I've had 9 for about a year.

I thought it'd came out to the public already. I got 10 about a month ago. My boss told me that 10 should be coming to consumers 1st quarter 2010

  • and I think you´re talking crap. none of this is true. but hey, not my business

  • if he's a beta tester than it could b tru...i mean they do get shit years b4 we do

  • tru tru

  • lol

  • Boi1da uses FL i believe

  • yeah he does

  • what is that machine called im lookin on buying one ? n if n e body kno which machine are good plz let me kno? thnx

  • thats a drum machine....Akai MPCs are the most popular but there are many kinds out there

  • Akai MPC 1000 is very cool, but pretty expensive, about 1000$ I guess.
