I had forgotten how sad this episode was, 20 years ago as a kid you do not think about these things and it was brilliant how the women pointed out that time means nothing when you are young to Debbie. Val Lehman was great along with Colette and Sheila..Gerard Maguire amazing and this was his best performance...When I saw this again on DVD at the beginning of last year I felt flat for the rest of the evening..Geoff Butler= Evil Git.
I cannot believe that not ONE person from Wentworth showed up for the funeral, at least Erica could have came. I think that would have been an appropriate thing. A man all alone in his grief and pain. He may not have cared for Leila but those little boys were his life. ,,,,,,,,,, ),: They need a place here for emotions.
Val Lehman deserved an emmy for that scene. That was one of the best scenes I think I ever saw on here. All these people are good actors, except the girl who plays Sharon. People say really nasty hurtful things when they're hurting. Dirty Black Hearted BASTARD! Showing up at the funeral! I hope they hunt him down and kill him. Jim could choke him with his bare hands.

Maybe if he knew more about being a husband and father, he'd understand. I'm sorry but taking that reward money for his mistress' bail instead of his children's future is the mark of a selfish person... not to mention balking at his wife's "stupid woman's intuition" regarding Jeff Butler WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE RIGHT. Macho moron

It's amazing. I hated Fletch in the beginning, but I was wrong. Fletch is flawed, but good at heart. They all are. The only truly bad egg I've seen so far has been Butcher (Butler).
