I've tried acupuncture once. It was ok. Wasn't amazing but wasn't bad either. You barely even feel the needles because they're so thin. But it did help me to relax, just laying there while she worked on me :) Anything that involves someone touching me/focusing their energy into me helps me relax and feels great :) Like hair cuts, massages, acupuncture, etc.
