Well, if we were not attacked during the administration prior to 2001. Using her logic then, the conclusion should be that the administration was doing something right, but obviously they were not since we were attacked. Sadly Dana Parino is an embarrassment to the science of logic, but she looks darn good, and in today's world that is a good reason to hold her position.

ANY Federal Judge can convene a grand jury any time he wants and it is done upon "probable cause". There is enough 'probable cause' RIGHT NOW to put Bush and Cheney in the dock for capital crimes.
