Been listening to MB20 for a while now, but it took this video to bring home a couple of points. One, Adam Gaynor is a much better front man/rhythm guitarist than Paul Doucett. Two, Matt Beck (the guy in back surrounded by the keyboards but also toting a guitar around his neck) is so integral to their sound that it's a shame he's not a full time member. He's the one REALLY playing rhythm here, and then breaking away to do the keyboard licks. Just wouldn't sound the same without him.
