  • what is the list of upgraded parts you have?

what outer barrel and air nozzle would you suggest? (specific names would be helpful)

should i buy the winter or normal version of the pdi piston head?

is a 150% recoil spring good for part 4?

  • @ThePsphakr Look at Part 3 of my review on the WE Night Warrior. You will find a parts list there.

You dont need a new outer barrel unless yours is currently in reeeally bad shape.

Just depends on if you live in a mostly cold climate. I normally reccomend the Winter version, but if you live in florida or some place that gives really hot tempuratures most times in the year, go for the regular one.

What is "part 4"? I am used to calling the parts by there widespread names, not code.

  • @ThePsphakr Ah, scratch that last part. Haha, I thought you were talking about a part on the gun itself. The 150% recoil springs are what I use in my guns. Any higher and you are likely going to need to replace a lot of parts before your pistol is reliable.

  • @ThePsphakr One more thing, if you have the money, get the Nineball Dyna piston head. It goes for about 17$ on Airsoftgi. For 7$ its infinitly better than the PDI, and yields very nice performance. If you cant afford it then go for the PDI. Whichever. ;)

  • and what is the name of the guarder cylinder thing did you upgrade?

  • @xSpartanCx Guarder air nozzle

  • what outer barrel would you suggest?

  • I installed the Airsoft Surgeon nozzle/piston head set and my 4.3 desert warrior has never shot better. real good deal for $20

  • Really useful vid. Do you know whether metal slides by guarder will fit the WE P14? Its a double stack 1911, using hi capa magazines. If you could find out it would be usefull!

  • @MrJmak223 It should. I dont have much experience in the area of Hi-Capa models, I would join a forum like Airsoft Barracks (the people their are fairly friendly, and wont mind questions..) and ask your questions their. You should get an answer over there. ;)

    Good luck!

  • Hi! I'm wondering what kind of tape you're referring to. You stated " yellow gas pipe thread seal tape" and NOT teflon tape. Though upon searching I can only come across that " yellow gas pipe thread seal tape" often called PTFE is infact teflon tape?

    I'm confused :p

  • @ensampojken Haha. Yeah, it is technically a "Teflon tape" of sorts, but it's a lot thicker than white Teflon tape. So to reduce the chance that someone might get the tapes mixed up, I just called it yellow gas line thread seal tape (because that is what it was called on the packaging). Regular white Teflon tape is not strong enough for this application, so I decided not want to call this "Teflon tape" to avoid confusion. Which unfortunately, I have apparently failed at, haha.

  • I'll be completely honest, your last video saved the life of my m1911 and i'm extremely glad you put it out. These not only work as mods to improve efficiency but also to fixed simple leaks.

  • Do you have a part number or link to the replacement piston head?

  • very nice!!

  • I have duct tape and electrical tape. will those work with these mods?

  • @dandamanzxcap212 Only do that mod if you have really rally tough duct tape. LIke Gorilla duct tape. If you dont, then dont worry about this mod.

  • @eagleleader15 Yup, I got that. Can I use electrical tape as a substitute for the yellow tape you were using?

  • @dandamanzxcap212 No. Unfortunately it must be the yellow gas seal tape. Its the only thing that works with 100% efficiency.

  • @eagleleader15 Oh ok, where could I get some?

  • @dandamanzxcap212 Any local hardware store.

Just walk in and ask for "Gas line thread seal tape".

  • @eagleleader15 I got yellow gas pipe thread seal tape. 1/2" by 260". That right?

  • @dandamanzxcap212 Yup, that would be the stuff!

  • @eagleleader15 Thank ya very much sir. But I can't seem to get the bottom of the mag back on with the tape wrapped under the o-ring. Even with just one layer

  • This is Spear from ASB. Just wanted to say I did a few of these mods and I'm getting 30 shots off a fill of propane. Thanks for the info!
