Woody Harrelson is nominated for Best Actor at the Independent Spirit Awards for his role in RAMPART! That's why I like the Spirit Awards because you won't find smaller budget films like this in others! But you will find great acting (and writing) you might not have seen or known about! Woody's on point and gives a great performance in this! Film looks great too!
