What would be the problem if he played a gay role- Zac is actually comfortable with homosexuality and same-sex marriage. He supports it (not the hoax pics w/ the shirt, but his response to the hoax pics proves it) and he has gay friends and handles being hit on by gay guys very well. True fans wouldn't lose interest in him due to a role.
