  • I like part 1 and 2, but this sucks ass. But I have seen it like 5 times, it's hilarious. And R.I.P Heather O'Rourke.

  • this film is criminally under-rated, its a mess, Heather's death fucked the film's production up, BUT there are many good ideas here, al the mirror stuff i found very effective. Heather was magnetic, and there are some really surreal trippy arty scenes going on. the lighting is stunning too.

  • Errrm.. this isnt Poltergeist 3...

  • @xxChillyWillyxx Errrm, yes it is.

  • @The90slim90 I know I just figured that out

  • The doctors suspected it might be a bowel obstruction, and rushed her into surgery. They were too late. Heather died on the operating table at 2:43pm. Her intestines had burst, and she died from the infection. She was only 12.

  • By the time paramedics arrived, little Heather was in shock. One of them asked if she was feeling bad. "A little," was her reply. On their way to the hospital, her mother told Heather, "I love you." "I love you too," were the last words they spoke. Such beautiful last words.

  • The next morning she got up, and still complained of feeling bad. Her feet and fingers were swollen and blue. Her mother tried to give her some toast to eat, but Heather complained that she couldn’t even swallow. Her mother was going to call the doctor, but Heather passed out, so she called 911.

  • Not heart Attack THE REAL REASON SHE DIED by suffered from bowel obstructions all her life, but nobody knew about it. Heather was put on medication, and the problem had supposedly been resolved.she never complain in her sickness On the night of January 31st, 1988, many months later, Heather claimed she didn’t feel well, and crawled into bed with her parents. She woke up vomiting, so her mother gave her a Gatorade drink that was supposed to soothe her stomach.

  • She died in real life. Heart attack when she was still a kid. Proof that ghosts are real.

  • @sparkyinbath Are you stupid?

  • @The90slim90 errrrmm, she died of a heart attack when she was a little kid, just after making 3 films about evil spirits.

  • @sparkyinbath She didn't die of a heart attack. She died during an operation because she suffered from intestinal obstruction. The Poltergeist movies are made for entertaimnent, anyone who believes they are real is just stupid, I'm sorry. That's like saying Heath Ledger is gone because Batman got him.

  • @The90slim90 Batman is a fictional character. There is no such thing as Batman in real life. Heart attack or not, it's a strangely young age to die of something like that. She'd just made 3 films about evil spirits.

  • @sparkyinbath There is no such thing as ghosts too, and if there is, it wouldn't be like in the movies. Heather suffered very long from this disease, and I find it disrespectful to say that she died because of "evil spirits", just because she starred in these films.

  • a realy gooood and cutest actress, what a talent, shes amazing.

  • she is truly cute girl :) <3

  • no, the moment with the coffe in the miror is not there

  • @dalek006 I know... I wanted to see that part! :(

  • shes so cute

  • Woah......she looks exactly like she did in the first movie. Now that's freaky.

  • she was really talented!

  • @TylerMontalto your the definition of ignorant.

  • no entiendo nada ejeje

  • Is the dude from this scene the same psycho from the human centipede? O.o

  • How old is she?!!!? LolShe seems young

  • Heather is such a great actress r.i.p little angel

  • I might be alone on this one but I really enjoyed all the poltergeist movies I thought 3 still being the weakiest for many reasons was still a good way to end the trilogy

  • Heather O Rourke was such a good actress =D

  • i like to see her,,, i wish she come back to the live.

  • even whit puffy cheeks she was so cute

  • c'mon dude!where the hell is the rest of the scene????why on earth would you cut out 3 seconds from the whole point of the scene???that was a way lame tease!and a waste of my time!!

  • super

  • what was sooo good about that ?

  • @gregrooney74

lol yes indeed...there's nothing interesting about it, why would it be a favorite to anyone ?

  • the first poltergeist was the best.. this one and the 2nd one were fuckin lame as shit

  • @liwtumrn

The second one had it's good moments, but this one was horrible.

  • Many people didn't like this movie much but I loved it. Year, I expected more action/suspense scenes but I wasn't disappointed at all. the idea with Poltergeist in big city was great and Heather O'Rourke did a wonderful job (again). Plus I love Tom Skerritt ("Alien") and Nancy Allen (RoboCop trilogy, "The Philadelphia Experiment") very much. Zelda Rubinstein was cool too.

    Great trequel!

  • RIP, Heather O'Rourke.

  • poltergiest had a curse

  • This is your favourite scene...from the movie. What are you...retarded?

  • rip heather o'rourke

  • Olha o rostinho inchado da Heather. Alguns médicos acham que corticoides resolvem tudo, era o tratamento que estava recebendo.

  • There's only one poltergeist film.

  • @reeelife I am so glad there are people in this world that are like me. I remember so many scary movies as a child like "the peanut butter solution" where the little boy hair fell off his head, then glued a wig to his head. Movie called "The kiss" Where ladies chain got stuck in escalator, and the escalator sucked her in, and they made a doll out of her after she died. "The poltergeist 3" The saddest scary movies of the late 80's n 90's i ever seen..!

  • @reeelife There are three poltergeist films. Check IMDB and you'll find out. I've seen Poltergeist one and I have yet to see the other two.

  • Great movie. Just wish the original Henry Kane could of been a part of it. Btw I was hoping to see the whole scene, what happened man? It's too bad horror movies today suck ass especially the remakes. Could of done so much with the nightmare on elm street remake instead they decided to take a giant shit on it.

  • the man! The ugly man!!!

  • she had Crohn's thats why her cheeks are puffed up. O'Rourke suffered a cardiac arrest en route to the hospital, and after resuscitation was airlifted by helicopter to Children's Hospital and Health Center in San Diego, where she died later that afternoon. RIP Heather

  • when you talk about something they happen lol

  • So sad she died.

  • @tokimasa121 life just isn't fair sometimes.

  • If you people aren't gonna say anything nice, then don't say anything at all!

  • wow shes a good little actress

  • the atmophere is creepy in this movie, with all the mirrors and stuff

  • I think "Carol Anne" must have been said about six million times in this awful movie.

  • Dammit!! You should have kept that scene going! The coffee cup into the mirror was priceless! :)

  • stoopid kid

  • Carol Ann!

  • Well this movie is a crap...But after all....why is this ur favorite scene?......

  • Remember that Tangina said , in Poltergeist 2, that she´s loosing her powers? and then, in 3, she save the family? very weird.

Julian Beck is the real Reverend Henry Kane, the rest is shit

  • I think that Poltergeist 3, was a mistake, 1 and 2 are the bests

  • Those are her natural chubby cheeks. Her cheeks did get swollen but after the shooting.

  • i though this was in number 2

  • yes it was but one of reactions to medication she was receiving after having been misdiagnosed with crohn's disease 1 year prior. such a brave little girl who literally stuck it out to the end.

  • Why the hell do people butcher this film????? I THINK THIS FILM IS AMAZING!!!!! and there is nothing anyone can say that will make me think otherwise.

I love all three of the films. Heather undoubtably was AMAZING as usual, such a great loss of tallent and beauty, how the hell can people even dare to insult her???? knowing she was at deaths door while filming this film, but eventhough she was very ill she still gave the performance of her life. God rest her little soul.

  • This movie is the biggest crap ever.

  • @The90slim90 No offense, but quite frankly, what do you know? Poltergeist 3 is like 5 times better than your average horror movie these days.

  • @RetroVideoFan

That still isn't saying much though.

  • And the fact that Heather died less than a year after this scene was filmed, only makes it even scarier. I don't care what anyone else says, I enjoyed Poltergeist 3, and there were some parts in it, that actually freaked me out a bit.

  • The part at 1:35 where you see a tear rolling down her cheek, reminds me of two things. One, the fact that she was a very good actress. Two, how much pain she was probably in at the time.

  • She was NOT fat, she was on steroids and they make you have "chipmunk cheeks" I am on Prednisone and it did the same thing to me! It Bothers me that people think it's something people can control

She was a great young actress and beautiful, May god bless you Heather from one Heather to another!

  • man that chromosome medication they had her on really really made her face puff up, RIP Heather O'Rourke and Dominique Dunne

  • God rest her little soul. She was a sweetie.

  • heather we would always love u :3

  • This guy........he ruined the whole movie with his bad acting

  • rrrr, i've always thought that gurl waz creepyyy LOL, though' she's cute!! but i dunno ther's sthn weird in her!!XD okayy watevr,,

  • God that kid didnt grow up yet? It would've been cooler if she were a teen in this!

  • Could only watch about 3 seconds before I had to turn this off and go back to the original.

  • the reason why her face is thicker, they had to use medicine .. I hope you know she is deceased in 1988

  • I know all about it. She's from my home town. And also, I was actually alive when she passed away, unlike yourself who probably got this information third or fouth hand.

I remember that the stories on the news varied greatly, in regards to their explanation of what was the actual cause of death. Years later, it's been implied that she had Crohn's Disease, the medication for which caused her swollen face.

    Open mouth, insert foot. 0_o

  • esse filme e um dos melhores filmes de terror de todos os tempos

  • i want my three minutes back!!!

  • that girl died they showed it on tv they said the movie had to do with the death of her and the other cast

  • everyone dies =.= unless ur immortal

  • Comment removed

  • @jesselovelyred Their deaths had nothing to do with evil spirits, only a religious nut would believe such nonsense like that. You're not a nut are you?

Dominique Dunn was strangled to death by her boyfriend in 1983 (explained)

Julian Beck died of stomach cancer in 1985 (explained)

Will Sampson died of a heart and lung transplant in 1986 (explained)

And Heather O' Rourke died of Sceptic shock because her intestines burst on February 1st 1988 (explained).

You see, no ghosts killed them.

  • @Adam060756 no i must of made it confusing they was discussing it i didnt say it have to do with evil spirits. the directer brung real skeletons on set and the guy doing a real indian ritual everything started to go wrong. yeah i knwo she died from her boyfriend... and i know that lady had cancer and they saying all there death have to do with what was going on get me??? i know its confusing but it dont have to do with evil spirits. so thats what the people who knew them believe.

  • Famous from the interpretation of the little Carol Anne Freeling in Poltergeist movie and its two sequels. He died at the San Diego Children's Hospital shortly after filming the third film, 1 February 1988, at age 12 he suffered the day before cardiac arrest and septic shock subsequent to intestinal obstruction, possibly because of a birth defect, previously diagnosed in 1987, as Crohn's disease. She is buried at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery, near Los Angeles.

  • heather wasn t fat!

the medication she was on made her cheeks puffy.

  • @hayleyjane1985 The steroids she was on are what make the face puffy.

  • @hayleyjane1985 thats right...she had a form of chrones disease and the medicine for that makes your cheecks puffy.

  • man those medications made her get bloated but you can tell that under those bloated-ass cheeks was angelic face.

  • Heather, you've got a birthday coming up. You'd be 34-years old. But thanks to film and video you're forever frozen in time, always angelic, always innocent. I miss you so much.

  • @enigma800 that was slightly creepy, broski...

  • doooooooooooooooooolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

  • wait !!! didnt she died in the first one

  • nooo she died on the poltergeist 3 on the filming of it

  • jaja ps ya staba bastante chonchita la ninia vdd??

  • Why does everyone care so much about her dying? Millions of kids die every day and yet you DONT care about that!!

  • what shit are you talking? Millions of kids? Not even half a million people die each day. I know what you mean, but you shouldn't exaggerate so much

  • they aren't important though, and an interesting fact

of the earth's 7 billion people only 200 million are naturally blonde, whether kids or grownups their fair hair and sapphire eyes are of course held in high regard in western cultures, no more so than in America. Just like happy people are in Asian cultures.

  • such a talented actress, R.I.P.

  • great movie n great actress 2, i loved it

  • johnd94 - what on earth is wrong with you?

  • iM cRaZy In ThE hEaD!

  • johnd94 - hopefully it's brain cancer

  • whats poltergueist? sorry for asking but my friend told me that this is a scary movie and i wanted to see it.

  • ur happy that she is dead?!

  • lol

  • dude, you better dont say such things :) you know why? cause when smth happens to the guy you might be blamed by the police...and you will be in trouble!

  • damn i wanted to see the rest of the scene :(:(:(:(

  • I love this scene, Heather gives an outstanding performance in acting. You cant find those these days. I wonder if they're going to find an actress as good as her for the remake. :-*

  • CAN SOMEONE UPLOAD THE THIS FILM PLZ =D

  • werd up ive been looking all day

  • "lonely.... sure, why not?"

LOL sounds like a typical therapist

  • hes supposed to a hypnotherapist

  • The best bit was cut out when the hand appears in the mirror and chucks the coffee cup at the mirror.

  • I bet none of you know that a couple of years after her death in 1991 SEGA made there own video game of ''Poltergeist III'' re-titled ''Laser Ghost'' with Heather O' Rourke animated in the game. The video game is adapted into a shooting game where you must protect Carol Anne from ghosts and goblins as you shoot monsters and poltergeists from a distance guiding her to her bedroom in the top floor of the building. When she finally gets in that room it's an all out war on Kane and his evil minions.

  • Other things that I should point out also about this video game is that not only is Heather O' Rourke animated in the game but also Tom Skerritt who played uncle Bruce in Poltergeist III and Reverend Kane who make brief cameo appearances in one of the levels. The grotesque pair of hands scene from the film is also featured in the game as well as the mirrors and windows and portraits of Dr Seaton that fly around the room and even the cars that come to life and attack Carol Anne is in the game.

  • I think the prime reason why nobody has ever known of this video game is because it was not actually called Poltergeist III instead it was called Laser Ghost and instead of the girl's name being called Carol Anne in the film it's Katherine in the game. But the game has basically the same storyline as the film with heaps of the same scenes animated into action scenes. In my opinion the game has far too many things in common with the movie to be something diffrent, SEGA didn't want to pay MGM.

  • Poltergeist III was not quite the end.

In 1990 Tom Skerritt and Jobeth Williams teamed up in a movie about a little boy who witnesess his father 's brutal murder and is haunted by it in a movie called ''Child In The Night''. And in 1992 there was a show called ''Picket Fences'' which starred Tom Skerritt and Zelda Rubinstein, just a shame that Heather O' Rourke was missing from the line up.

  • hey thanx for the heads up on "child of the night" il b sure to check it out!!

  • that was a cool bit, Carol did well in that scene i Can understand her with this lead in to the light stuff

  • NO - she wasnt fat - the puffy cheeks are due to the illness she had - thats what killed her!

She was a tremendous little actress - so determined & professional even at this age - god its hard to see this knowing that she would be dead soon!

    RIP - little Heather

  • @lazarush1980 they actually miss diagnosed her with chrones disease, but she had a blocked intestine. that is what killed her

  • @lazarush1980 actually it wasnt her 'illness' that killed her! She had a blocked small intestine and if they had realised it earlier, they could have saved her with a simple operation!

  • Poor...Poor..Child. Will be missed long time. Great Actress

  • Crohn's disease hence the puffy face

  • soo..

    where's the scarry part ?:D

  • Why did she died?

  • she drowned

  • review my movie

  • that mirror scene was creepy she always looking at him even through the mirror

  • I totally couldn't stand this Richard Fire's character and was sooo happy when this prick eventually died in the movie.

  • RIP Heather O'Rourke.

  • the man! the ugly man!

  • this was such a good movie, one of my faves!

    like, top 30.

    that's good.

  • which poltergeist movie is it with the dude and the braces

  • number 2.

  • It's the second one, it's not as good the first one though.

    Peace

  • awesome she was good at poltergeist 1 when the dog wakes her heather o'rourke is just amazing

  • this became my fave movie once i saw it it is sooo good

  • Nice scene, but if you had recorded it 10 seconds longer it was so funny as hell, :)

A hand comes out of the table an grabes that drinking glass. You only see that trough the mirror. Anyway, the hand grabs that glass and throw it throuw the mirror, were they other adultes are looking to the conversation. The glass break when the drinking glass hit the mirror. Really awesome

  • I first saw that scene when I was about 9 and it scared me so much I didn't sleep for a month because there was a mirror on the wall in front of my bed. I thought something would throw things at me...lol

  • it would be great if the whole movie could be up loaded so we can watch

i use to be so hooked on this film as alittle girl

it is so sad she died and all my love goes to her and her famliy r.i.p heather

  • heather is a pretty little girl, sad that she died. I love the poltergeists movies, their awesome:D

  • funny cuz this is my least favourite scene from that movie... lol i can't stand Dr.Seaton... i love this movie tho its so 80's

  • R.I.P Heather O'Rourke she died four monts before poltergeist 3 premiere.

  • to scary, but so real

  • "No, if you talk about things, they happen." My favorite line in this scene.

I miss you Heather, very much.

  • Isn't she supposed to call her aunt 'Trisha' not 'Pat'?If this question could spoil the movie, PM me!

  • because calling her trisha is "declasse"

  • she begin to be fat... in the firt part she looks so cute... well, there too...sorry about my english :(

  • It was because of the medicine she was on.

  • shes not fat she was ill so they gave her medicine that made her cheeks go puffy unfortunately it didnt help because they only found out after her death that she didnt have crowns decease if the doctors wouldnt of been so stupid and knew before that she had a bowel obstruction or however you spell it then she could have been saved

  • She had Grave's disease and was quite ill, really. She wasn't fat, but she was bloated and pale. Most likely the medicine she took that made her look this way.

  • graves disease, a bit ironic

  • Seriously.

  • She wasnt sick in that seane, it was the side effects from the wrong meds she was taking that made her cheeks puffy

    Rest in Peace baby girl

    ='[

  • por favor sube toda la pelicula pero en español o subtitulada al español por favor

  • God bless you Heather. You had so much talent and heaven is a better place with you in it.
