After he left Dubai in 2009 to go to Europe and race for Godolphin, Gladiatorus was never able to duplicate the kind of form he had shown in Dubai. But the 3 speed figures he posted for winning the Jaguar XF Trophy, the G2 Al Fahidi Fort, and the G1 Dubai Duty Free were all massive #'s. The split times he was running in Dubai was incredible, and for that 3 month period that Gladiatorus was racing at Nad Al Sheba in 09', he was as good as any turf miler in the world. To include Goldikova, IMO.
