  • only problem with them is a few calls and texts didn't make it, but that could've been the phone and the area I was in. Also there are no protection plans for the pone either, but otherwise Straight Talk is worth it. Go unlimited and make life easy on yourself.

  • I know what you mean!! You think that there has to be some sort of draw back because the deal is so good right??? $45 a month really is a sweet deal - and it is for unlimited EVERYTHING.. wow

  • @tomspeckle Well there are a few drawbacks so let's not get carried away. The internet is a tad slow, especially if you're used to 3G speed. Also, I've heard that customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with so better hope yours works out of the box. BUt I agree that the value is pretty ridiculous, and you've got to check out the signal strength, much better than the contract boys.

  • I thought that when I switched from a contract to straighttalk that there would be a glitch in the service or coverage. My brother insisted that I try it and I did. Am I happy that I did. For $45 a month I get unlimited talk, text and data and the service and coverage are perfect too. Since switching I have literally saved myself dollars every month

  • Ever since I have switched to this plan and realized I'm saving about half my cell bill, I've really been paying attention to cell plans and this one is by far the best there is. You just cannot beat $45 for unlimited everything on the nation's best network! Using anything else is just damn stupid!
