  • Really Good. Thanks for the Vid.

  • An old woman some called a witch some called a healer who lived in a mud hut deep in the hollers of sw virginia told me 1 time if you r stopped up in the nose with mucus she said get as close as you can to a woodpecker while he was pecking on a treee and it would produce a natural body response to drain sinus now i tried that 1 time i was a little stopped up i heard a woodpecker pecking so i got closer and then all of a sudden i heard a pop in my sinus and i blowed a ton of snot buy woodpecker

  • All you posting on this with paragraphs: It's simple. The dude is a bullshitter and knows very about the action actions of "sinusitis" and the lymph nodes. I am as well, ignorant. But it should be obvious when one is memorizing information rather than explaining it.

  • @jas16899 don't you just love haters that troll thru youtube?! I'm not a "bullshitter": I'm an airline pilot & surfer who was plagued with chronic sinusitis for about 4 years. Doctors simply prescribed antibiotics & decongestants which only temporarily treated symptoms before becoming worse. Thru my own research which I shared in this video I was able to CURE MY SELF HOLISTICALLY & completely. Hate on hater.

  • since making this video, (along with keeping your mucus membranes adequately moist), inflammation is a big part of the cause of sinusitis...not simply pathogens. Any type of allergic reaction can inflame your mucus lining, shutting down pasage ways. Become aware of what can inflame your sinuses...its not just pathogens or viruses. Recently I switched from red wine to white and that alone made a huge difference too. Degcongestants are just bad news all the way around = dry membranes.

  • Max I heard that the frontal sinuses (above the eyebrows) can't be reached by nasal rinses, they are just too deep. Is there anything that can be done to reach these? I've heard of people doing up-side down sinus rinse to reach these areas.

  • Hi Max. I would also like to add to what you said Tomato Tea. I was skeptical about it but it worked wonders for me. (Recipe: 1 cup tomato juice, 1 tsp fresh garlic, 1/2 tsp hot sauce/I used paprika instead, 1 tsp lemon juice, I put some salt for flavor). You should drink this hot.

  • Thank you so much for doing this. This is great advice you dont get from even specialist docters!

  • hey guys i have a post nasal drip problem.it never go away.miserably affecting my daily life..pls can some one give me some natural tips to remove this deadly virus on me..please need help asap..thank you very much

  • @dhieyhav88 I used to have this constantly and it was horrible. After I started using saline rinses on a regular bases it went a way to a big degree.

  • what is the chinese herb called again? afedra is that right?

  • @TheBlanco951 the chinese version is called 'Ma Huang', but yes it is herbal Ephedera. For a while supplement companies were including 'Ephederine' in many weightloss/performance/energy supplements, and some chuckleheads abused it and about 1 in 1,000,000 died due to related symptoms to ephederine, and the FDA banned it and pulled all supps from the shelves, but some sinus formulas are still allowed to contain smaller amounts of it.

  • Max you are CRAZY HOTT :)

  • I am an avid surfer and I'm constantly battling sinus infections. After watching this video, I snatched up a neti pot, some eucalyptus oil, and a bottle of XClear. First off, I'd like to say the the neti pot is amazing. It keeps the sinus infection at bay and opens up the airways. The oils are awesome as well. I usually use the netipot after I surf and aromatherapy in the evening and it works great.

Max, thanks a million man. You don't know how much your advice has improved my sinus problems!

  • I'm going to have to try this approach because 2 courses of antibiotics did nothing, sooooo frustrating.

  • @itfelldown it becomes a downhill cycle with the constant anti-biotics: Bacteria naturally lives in the nose - there is no way to kill it all. You have to find a balance, heal the sinuses so they can once again function normally and optimally. For sure acute infection & fever need to be addressed!...but for the long term chronic issues, you should be able to heal your self naturally & holistically.

  • Hello Maxewili, 1 more question how much silver do you add to the xclear nasal bottle. Thanks Andy

  • @snoop832 I fill have the bottle of XClear with colloidal silver - so I make two mixed bottles at once

  • Hello Maxewili, Can you please tell me how many times a day from just starting out should I use the neti pot with ingredients in them. Thanks Andy

  • @snoop832 at least first thing in the morning...but again before bed if needed.

  • How long did it take for this to work for you?

  • Thanks for this, very good!

  • and is good to aways take a shower with hot water

  • Thanks for the info. How often do you recommend to use the neti pot per day because I've been doing it twice a day but I still have a lot of thick yellow mucus?

  • whats the best water to use in a neti pot, distilled water or just water boiled from the tap?

  • Obviously the more pure the better: I use tap water that is then filtered thru our Culligan under-sink filtration system, which gets close to 100% pure. If you don't have a good filtration system I would use 'Fiji' bottled water, or very high-end bottled water, & only tap-water as a last resort. Thanks, Max

  • Great video. I just had sinus surgery and have had about six sinus infections in the last year not to mention ear infections. My ENT doc started me on Neti although I did this years ago. I am ready to be healthy. Thank you.

  • thanks for the advice

  • how cant i do that if my one nostrail is always closed or even both of them?

good advice but not for everyone.

  • this video is to prevent/cure SINUSITIS: If your nostril is closed that is NOT sinusitis...its some other medical issue beyond the scope of this video.

  • no i have been to my doctor and he said its sinusitis.i have sinusitis for 7 years now and except that i cant breathe normal trough my nose i have all the sinusitis simptoms: headache, fever; general malaise; thick green or yellow discharge, aching teeth and sometimes inability to smell.

Dont get offended man but this isnt cure for everyone who has sinusitis.

I actaully tried something like that once when my nose was clean and nothing didnt came out.

  • "nostrils closed" is not a symptom of sinusitis: I'm not a doc and can not give medical advice: I'm just a pilot & fitness advocate...sorry I couldn't help, but don't give up - fix your self!

  • hey , i just wanted to say i went to doctor specialist and she said i had a small nasal septum deviation . altought it was small she suggested me a surgery , i had it and now i can finnally breathe ! and to top it all my problems with sinuses are almoust gone !

I have been to three different doctor in the past and none of them said anything about my nasal deviation and in some way i gave up on my nose and sinuses.

  • so if it wasnt for your advice i would have never gone to surgery or to try with another doctor . thanks man, big thanks , you saved my life in some way .

  • wow, share with us if you get a moment!

  • Thank You! :)

  • can exercise cure sinus
