@saturnv3 - at the stores (most likely at canadian tire), you can find sticks with a a plastic bottom on the blade. Its normally called "ABS" or something like that. The whole blade isn't plastic, just a bottom third or so of it. It makes the stick last a lot longer without feeling like one of those cheap plastic blades. They're like $12 or so at canadian tire. I'd recommend them.
