Charger water from mac is a refreshing spray & should only be spritzed on BEFORE applying your makeup. It does not do your makeup any good if you apply the charged water after applying your makeup. It will just settle on top of your makeup & will still look chalky or cakey. Fix + on the other hand is a setting spray & is perfect for AFTER applying makeup. Just some information to help you& your mother (:

I am 43 and I am getting that feathering :( around my top lip - I tried the NYX lip gloss and I like the wear/texture/shine/feeling of slight tingling of the NYX and they were only $2.47 each at Walmart!
