    wen u power clean all the time-u probs work ur upper body more and not so much the 'triple extension'.

    plus probs 70% of dis vid is upper body...unecessary.ur running most of the time in bball..not crawling

    part from dat-awesome ply's. u need 2 work on ur back squat technique-and mix it up with front squat
