  • I have an OCD i dont like the number 6 when i feel paranoid i keep on repeating 7,7,7,7.... I always shake my head at random moments violently because i have this feeling i want too. i roll my eyes everytime thinking my eyes might go crooked, i make a weird noise like eeeeeeeeeee ummmm

and a swallowing sound. i keep on smelling my food everytime i take a bite. It sucks and im 13. i still think i can stop it anytime which i think i can but still comes back to at any moment.

  • i have the neatness type of ocd and alays being clean and trust me it is not fun to have and religion is the worst i cant control the things i think

  • Religion made my OCD worse. If a god existed, I would have already eaten him.

  • To all you people that are directing OCD people to superstitious religions, to help them with their OCD - FUCK OFF!!! You religious fools have bigger problems than anybody with OCD.

  • @Rvtigerrock what kind of ocd ?

  • i could help you.

  • It often amazes me how many young people have OCD. Our brain tends to get produce many unwanted behaviors. However, people with OCD are not helpless. There are some great therapies available, such as the one on solutiontherapiesonline. -c-o-m.

  • Islam has the solution for the problems of the mankind if you want to know about it please see this video on youtube "curing obsessive compulsory disorder in 3 steps" by zaidg.Or visit his website. May God almighty(ALLAH) help you.

  • I wish I had OCD. I want to be just like MONK =)

  • @odeswx OCD sucks. You don't want to have it.

  • Im sorry you look like Mickey OCC american shooper guy

  • @Rvtigerrock why are you complaining what you are doing to yourself? Its like saying "i hit myself in the face every morning, man guys, do you know what its like to get hit every time you wake up?"

  • My brother and I both have OCD, but it's different kinds. We're both 13 (we're triplets). My brother is more nervous, and he always says goodbye to our parents loads of time when they're going out, and frets that they haven't hot their phone turned on in case something happens to them. He also has to make sure everything is exactly how it was. I'm a lot more numbers, patterns and perfection oriented - tapping, having to do things on both side of my body, re-reading sentenced again and again. It

  • If you get a degree in psychiatry or psychology or social work, at that point, you are immunized against all manner of mental illness or mental disorder. Just ask any of the clinically normative ones! THEY are healthy; everyone else is "ill," or potentially ill. No wonder totalitarians seek such BOGUS degrees--they render themselves superior to everyone around them, whom they may "diagnose," yet they themselves are never willing subjects--you may NOT "diagnose" these witch finder-inquisitors!

  • This is so true and very well-described. This guy is very eloquent. Yeah, friends are great.

  • how come only white people get OCD? hmmm

  • @JogBird Is that true?

  • @JogBird Dude, i'm black and I have it. That is a really ignorant statement.

  • @JogBird Blacks dont believe what the shrinks tell them.

  • @JogBird I don't think OCD cares what color your skin is, retard.

  • @Rvtigerrock I had it like 3 years ago more, now I sort od control it. Is it OCD to have random thoughts or images that I don't ask for?

  • @Rodolfsk8, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorders, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder can cause random thoughts/random images.

  • why not just resist the urge?

  • @Chugiddy I have diagnosed OCD, and thats what people say. When someone has OCD its almost as if you have no control over what you are doing. And the anxiety over rides you.

  • @Rvtigerrock Just a little bit.

  • EMO ALEART

  • I think I used to have OCD but fortunately it didn't grow on me. I used to walk around and said to myself if i step on a line i'm going to hell. After a while i really stopped doing it. So i would recommend even though it's much easier said then done, to start facing your fears slowly. Whatever your afraid you must do it. If your afraid of dirtiness you get as dirty as you can which i know is not easy. It's all in your mind but please remember thats the way to do it. You have to face you fear.

  • -Rituals and more rituals ... sick & tired , but can't stop them .

-Endless worrying of things that seems so insignificant to others.

-Sudden panic attacks, just can't remember a single thing.

-Feeling down for no apparent reason, distance grew between family & friends.

    what should i do ?

  • He is obsessively compulsed to recite crappy "teen angst" poetry?

  • looks way like the drummer from KoL

  • honestly if your going to do harm to anyone i hope you do it to me cuz i just want to die. every day. although im more afraid of death.

my obcession right now is two main things. breathing(which is the worst because it effects oxygen levels). and chocking(in the past i lost 30 lbs in 2 months from not eating, like my mind has control over me b/c sometimes i have to spit out my food before im done-no not throw up spit out, i never throw up)...

    but sleeping i cant b/c of my breathing.notenuf O2

  • I obsessively want metal in my mouth;

    mainly zipper metal.

I will chew the zipper untill it breaks, then continue to suck on the metal.

... If I find metal on the floor; hairpins, zippers, gears, ear rings, bolts, and hair clips that have metal springs, I pick them up and put them in my mouth..

    . . . . . . . . . . . .

  • i suffer from OCD or TOC(thats how we call it in Spain) and it really makes me feell so unhappy and different to every humanbeing but im i a very serious therapie with pills and things are better in my head but im still very bad, so i sopose theres not a totall medicine for this shitt....hello from Barcelona (spain)....be pacient

  • i soooo relate YES talk to yer doc i finally did and OMG life is good now w/ the right meds great vid to spread the message god bless

    Cali...

  • yeah im from cali too. i was doing good 4 awhile but its coming back again. and i cant sleep cuz its my breathing(brought on my a traumatic event).anyways. ttyl

  • I suffer from ocd too and panic attacks, obsessive thoughts and compulsions, its not fun at all I agree. Thats why i've been checkin out methods like the linden method, it sounds interesting cause he talks about how if you get rid of the underline anxiety, ocd can't exist. you'd have to listen to him on his channel.

  • I SUB ANYONE!

  • I started with alot of rituals, like touching things, like the corners of tables and things like that. But, I have stopped with my physical compulsions almost completely. Now, I just have alot more mental obsessions all day every day, just obsessing, obsessing and obsessing.

  • yeah ive never been able to swallow pills...i dont really care about the physical things now, except sometimes when im driving i feel the need to close my eyes and i actually do it which is really dumb.

kind of with the germs but its mostly just the mental things like me controlling my breathing instead of the breathing just being natural, and b/c of this i dont get enough oxygen and when u are thinking about your breathing u cant sleep. its stupid but i cant stop it..msg me w/ any questions:)

  • sorry im not so good in english so ill write in spanish: yo soy un poco tartamudo y eso me irrita me harta como el infierno ahora me imagino esas pobres personas

  • OCD plays on fears.Handwashing isn't a problem for every OCD person, only to the ones who fear germs.Fears of yourself hurting loved ones,or forgeting to lock the door will cause a killer to get in and hurt your loved ones, those are the worst for me with my OCD.

  • no fears for me. just anxiety that accompanies fear but no obcessivenes.. just obcessing on my breathing which i read is the worse one out there because it affects u in so many ways(sleeping) u cant exercise, u dont want to eat, u dont do the things u like(ie watching scary movies)...and when u think about your breathing u never feel relaxed at all, u can smoke all the pot in the world and this obcession of breathing will not be discarded. you have to control something that shouldnt need2b 24-7

  • @ninjatoth awee i know how you feel i can't get to, sleep unless i lock the door, it started when this guy, tryed to get into my house....so scary

  • @ninjatoth I have the same problems, but they're a little less. Everytime my parents would go out and leave me alone in the house or car just to get something, I would always fear that they would die or something. The problem was that I was scared of being alone. So they die for an example, now what do I do? The thought always scared me. Now the fear simply passed. I talked with my parents alot, and they explained to me everything. You just got to get to the root of the fear.

  • @ninjatoth man those are really common and I've gone through it before it really sucks.

  • @ninjatoth Same with me, I always check the doors were locked before I went upstairs, all the time, even when I knew it was locked cause I checked about an hour ago, but out of fear of hurt and fear of germs, mines would be fear of getting hurt or loved ones getting hurt:(

  • @ninjatoth fear of forgetting to lock the door...your pathetic

  • @ninjatoth I have the same one as you man and it is ...incredibly mind torturing

  • @ninjatoth Exactly. Me too. And that fucking killer, took away everything that I had...

  • @ninjatoth I have the door locking OCD too. Like, it takes me 5 minutes to lock a door because I am afraid somebody will get in and kill me. I dont have thoughts of hurting myself or others though. Or the germ OCD. Basically, I dont like things that have the number 13, 34, or 66, and I always have to make sure stuff is off before I go to bed. Like, I always have to make sure the fridge is closed even though I know it is.

  • 10 11 12 10 11 12 10 11 12

  • I love to masturbate . I mean like a lot .

  • my friend has ocd, and he doesn't bathe euu, he said everytime he bathe he thinks he'll put his clean head inside the toilet bowl, and as a result he doesn't bathe and have fungus on his body...

  • i have it and it sucks worse than hell belive me!

  • I think ive got ocd when ever i get dirt on my shoes i have to clean it off, its destroying my life.

  • Real OCD hits like a landmine. People don't understand that, too many thinking they know what OCD is when they don't. It isn't something you can rationalize. It envelops you till it breaks. But at 40 I can say I've had 3 good years after many hard ones. Medicine didn't do it, willpower did. Reality.

  • At the beginning, I didnt even realise I was mentally ill - I didnt know what mental illness was. I felt I was under tremendous pressure, and "unreal" in my own bubble. I had no insight to begin with, but it came on slowly and I realised I had changed

I managed to overcome it mainly with sheer determination and willpower. I had good and bad days, but eventually the good outweighed bad ones. If I`d been pessimistic, I`d never have made it and would have gotten nowhere in the last 10yrs.

  • Yeah, I think you really need to have the willpower and believe in reality. It has helped me with my compulsions, but it seems my obsessions are so out of my control. It is devistating to my happiness. I dont know how it got to this.

  • i feeel sorry for her

  • i have a different obsession and compulsary an shit. trut me. ITS HELL

    we know its bullshit.

but its so hard to stop even if we get its just thoughts nothing bad. its like do this or loose your items, change to the opposite sex, become an infant. die. anything like that. it motivates you in a bad way to do it, even if you know its imagenary

  • i have ocd

  • i have ocd....

  • I have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

It actually shapes who I am I feel, which may be a good thing.

However, every once in a while, a certain thought, usually negative, will pop into my head, crippling me for several days at a time, maybe even longer.

    It's hard.

  • same mannerism too !

  • lol this guy looks exactly like clayton weatherston at 1:38. watch?v=E2ETkiPDomU . they both have personality disorders aswell .

  • I'd watch and listen to this if only really good gabber wasn't playing right now.

    maybe later

  • it can be a btch.

  • yeah, it can be a btch

  • yeah, its a motherfker

  • I have OCD and Its rough

  • me too. How do you get through it?

  • I had ocd in the past and have completely gotten through it. First important thing is to speak to a qualified person who can understand what you are going through, because family and friends often don't understand. After three sessions with an excellent psychologist, I got rid of ocd and a low dose anti-depressant got me through it and I have a really successful, healthy life now! I hope things work out for you.:)

  • 73 721 views, that says alot :)

  • I have OCD and ADHD.

    AND IM FUCKIN PROUD!!!!

  • yeah i have ocd and adhd it's a fuckin ass stanky bitch

  • about OCD..good for you.

It can be a pain in the ass and can be almost non existing.

However it benefits are amazing,it helps you develop,you..you just have a potential to be an excellent person. People are still researching it and they always will..but I'm still wondering how did it come? Can it be a step forward/aside in human evolution? Because of it's benefits, mostly the unique, different way of thinking you have,i wouldn't even call it a disorder :S

  • So true! he said "it doesn't totaly go away, I can cope with it now"

  • Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.

  • apparently i have ocd.. i dont want to take any meds for it- meds just cloud my mind-its hard 2 explain. i cant continue like this though, really angry violent thoughts..n i have 2 hit my leg or pinch myself or yell 2 get it out of my head. blinking in patterns or breathing in patterns.. the counselling idea of exposing u to the obsession scares me because id have to tell the therapist what im thinking about- n i dont wanna be in the psych ward. very isolating :S

  • they won't put you in a psych ward. if you go to a doctor or a psychologist they'll realize you're seeking help and don't want these thoughts to continue. i've recently been diagnosed with this so know you're definantly not alone if you want to message me or something i'd be willing to talk to you.

  • bbb,mkljhuhk

  • People should be on the lookout 4 freaks like these;4 these are the perfect candidates to go out on shooting sprees/rampage,he has all the cualities;single, goofy looking,loner,O.C.B.,and WHITE lol,lol,lol.....

  • its OCD you moron

  • you have no idea what you just said do you? people with mental abnormalitis are not freaks and not dangerous. True his brain works differently and he had mentioned the urge to kill people but you have the same thoughts too, it would be crazy for human beings not to have these subconscious thoughts. Instead of being to let them go, he hears them over anits people like you who lack the judgment and awareness that make life so much more difficult for the rest of the world. I have OCD like this and

  • Remove god you r being so cruel

i have a bff with ocd and it is really hard for her. she cant tell anyone because no one understands. she only told me cuz she knew everyone else would be assholes to her.

you cant help it if you have OCD. and about 1 in 40 people have it, so its not like its a bad thing. in the end it makes you stronger than everyone else.

cuz if you can defeat OCD you can defeat anything. its a war you are fighting against your mind and its hard not to give up.

  • Does she have any treatment. Please try to get her look for help. Because there are several ways out of this and she should at least try to get away from that hell.

  • True, but it doesn't only makes you stronger, that's just one of the many benefits it has.

And you can help it if you have OCD. Actually without yourself, you can't make OCD go ;)

You just need willpower, and everyone can have that :)

  • RIVERANIEVESZ,you are probably the most stupidest person I've ever seen..in this year

But your comment was probably the most stupid I've ever seen in general.

First of all,you have no idea what you're talking about. You're not only stupid, you're ignorant. Numerous people have OCD,they are not freaks, and actually OCD has alot more benefits than negative side, people only need to realize it,it helps you develop, you develop unique way of thinking, you are much brighter and i dare to say smarter.

  • Another thing,i had OCD since i was born,i had no problems,i pretty much only seen the good side since recently, but self help is the best way...what I'm saying is that people with OCD realize symptoms, inform themselves,make/get diagnosis and treat it. It doesn't have to show it's fangs at all but it will show the symptoms, which can be pretty unnoticeable.

  • troll'd, seriously i smelled this troll from the frontpage.

you call him stupid yet he just manipulated you like a puppet on strings.

    you sir are an idiot.

  • This is so fucking Canadian.

  • I have full blown OCD--for 20 years. The germ kind, fear of AIDS, other illnesses, fear of food illnesses, raw red hands. IT SUCKS.

  • I think that the best thing you OCD sufferers should do is a little bit more for charity. You've been given this terrible affliction for a reason. Try to help others.

  • i have ocd as well as schizophrenia and bipolar ...im on so much medicane and i have been through so much treatment for the past 6 years

  • i have OCD myself. It's like god's cruel joke. It leads to depression, a couple of times i was ready to end myself because of it. But I'm good now, brain is just a mechanism, you have to preoccupy yourself with other things and it goes away. at least mental checking. it works. nothing that you cannot cope with. people with OCD experienced the worst shit ever, but that's what makes us learn, that stuff like this happen. no medication, just getting in touch with real life, not living in your head.

  • The program Notepad is my partner in my OCD relief. I have to count almost everything that I do. Since I cannot count them all, I use Notepad. I HAVE NO CONTROL ON IT!

  • I have OCD and absolutely interferes with the normal processes in my life.

I hate this. Absolute hell is my description of it. DAMN!

  • "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

    Bible, Matthew 11:28-30

Only in God we have Salvation through His Son Jesus Christ. By believing that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour you are Saved. Only God has all the pover to heal you. If you really suffer from OCD trust God and He will deliver you.

  • is that so

  • That was just beyond ignorance, AleksN2008.

  • OCD isn't accurately shown in this video, but if you look at some related videos you'll find out what it truly is.

It's a very underestimated condition, and in my opinion it is generally worse than both depression and anxiety.

  • Help me! Please! My OCD is really bad. Every day is so exhausting and depressing. I know that the habits I do are ridiculous but I just cant stop. I feel like I have no control. I hardly eat or sleep. I always think about killing myself but I really want to make something out of my life. Ive seen several doctors and I take medication but nothing seems to work. If theres anyone out there who has any answers please get back to me. Id really appreciate that. Thank you

  • I have OCD too. Its full blown and its hell.

  • I suffer from OCD where I deal with intrusive thoughts and its not fun but its not a person's fault, my opinion is try the Linden Method he's on youtube and he has a program you can get.

  • I think I have it, I hate when the teachers erase everything on the board but a little mark. When I scratch or touch something of the left I have to do it to the right and if I dont do the same amount it bothers me

  • Has your doctot offered you one of the serotonin reuptake inhibitors? Some of them are very effective for OCD especially at high doses. I have heard that OCD like depression is highly treatable. Good luck!

  • yeah i have that too. What makes me wonder though, is whether having the thoughts themselves makes you OCD or its getting worried about the thoughts that makes you OCD

  • The obsession comes first, which usually causes fear or nervousness which promotes the compulsions, or rituals, to try to get rid of those feelings.

  • My OCD is really bad. • Joey Ramone had OCD you know

  • i completely understand this guy, i ve just been told of got ocd and it completely fucks your world, the best thing to do is try stay posotive, even if its hard not to you shouldnt give up. People say that intrusive thoughts may not be a serious part of ocd but when your living with it you feel like your heads going to explode and your constantly looking for ways out your head but it never ends, so i say fairplay to this lad!

  • 0:50-Duck-" no place to go"

lol this was filmed in london

  • 0:50 Duck -"no place to go"

  • 'Help my dieing voice, no place to go' My lord, what is this? Slit your rist and die?? THATS DEPRESSING.

  • Yea, like are forefathers said and words to live by, "Get Money, Fuck Bitches, and Smoke Trees", bro.

  • this vid is so true alot of ppl dont understand the cancept of our OCD so this good

  • I agree i have OCD and get really bad intrusive thoughts so i can totally relate to this video, OCD is not just about repetitive behaviour.

  • this is the most depressing video. this doesnt help me at all

  • This form of OCD is called Pure O .

  • I noticed your pet dog was edgey and nervous, I just wonder if the dog has developed OCD through the close companionship. Some people might laugh at this but I had a friend with agoraphobia and her cat has it will not go outside for anything and she only had to mention going out and it would whine and cry.

  • he's a pure obsessional.

  • Holy cow, this is OCD exactly. Schizos think everything is real. OCD folks know it's all bs.

  • yoo well done, i noticed that it was filmed in london ont, bomb shit

  • The way how they say it like not believing what they see or something, it seems this guy is more of describing Schizophrenia rather than OCD.

  • I have a very edgey type of OCD.

Less of the handwashing, more of the 'fuck off get out of my head!' stuff.

I agree with the notion that it can give benefits; it has made me play guitar a hell of alot since the moment I picked it up, also when I used to skateboard I wouldn't rest untill I landed a certain trick yanno?

  • er, ya. this is totally not ocd..this is obsessive thoughts dissorder

  • pure o

  • "Intrusive thoughts" is one of the symptoms of OCD

  • OCD is ridiculously misunderstood. This guy and most of you posting do not have OCD. There is a great amount o f anxiety and "rituals" involved, not just thinking about hurting someone or a tree that you can't stop thinking about.

  • Sooooo false my friend. Ive been diagnosed with OCD and in my case is also a thought repeating over and over and my "ritual" is mental...

  • same here

  • a long time ago we had "bad habbits" now its called "ocd" so that the government can charge money for medication. when you let your bad habbits get out of control, society calls it "ocd". bull crap.

  • and you, 6stringmonster, you know shit nothing. i have OCD and it is NOT bad habits. with OCD, I wont just repeatedly check things like u mite, i will check them again and again becoming more distressed and panicked each time, ill start thinking of awful things that could happen, i find it hard to leave the house for fear of it burning down. 'bad habits' is you picking your fucking nose or checking your locks. ocd is constantm destroying fear.

  • This is a great video. I have OCD and I feel exactly this way. Every day I count all the windows in the house. I have to take three baths. One soap, one shampoo, one rinse. Its weird. I'm struggling. "detached, Im detached from everything, except my one thought. My though is never bright or sunny, but mist and snow. THE DARK IS STRONG IN ME!!!"

  • i have ocd it started out as making sure all the doors in the house were shut. then when i moved i started washing my hands a lot and making sure the stove was off and the door was locked and the dogs were safe. those symptoms are now being replaced with thoughts of hurting myself and others.

  • I think I have a very minimal case of OCD. I am always having to align the mouse and refresh the page on the computer. I also have to format everything.

  • I have had ocd for 40 years at least they have meds now for many years I lived life of hell

  • Where did you film this?

I have had ocd for 5 or so years, it was really bad for awhile and i went to out patient in the summer of 05. Ive gotten ahold of it over time so now it undercontrol for the most part, but sometimes it can come back pretty harsh.

  • Uber depressing dude!

  • my GF has this disorder, its really sad, she gets so stressed about little things. one time when she was staying over at my house she was depressed all night and was crying because she rememberd that she had left her books on her floor at home, really quite sad

  • i think i have OCD too...im always checkin stuff and on youtube at the top when im lookin at a video i just HAVE to click the links that say "more" in the description and tags, it's kinda weird but it's an urge and when im readin the comments i have to click page 3 first

  • I've got ocd! In the process of trying to get rid of it.. I think it is possible, you just need to act the right way and not do the "checks" or whatever you think you need to do.

  • Anyone lose sleep sometimes because of this

  • Yes

  • dude, SUPER depressing!

  • I have OCD, and i hate it ots that i dont feel safe touching things dirty... Dirty in my mind and im alwys being told to do behaviour therapy but i nver want to i to lazy. i wish i can heal soon. go luck to all you other people out there.

  • I have this disorder! Once i was trying to eat dinner and i couldn't stop touching the door! It was a hard job! Now i shall watch the video.

  • I have a horrible case of OCD, and I just can't fix it.

  • I have horrible OCD and other anxiety disorders for a few years now. NO fucking scientologist is going to tell me that it can be fixed with vitamins and exercise.

  • I have Panic Disorder and my mom told me to try to prevent the panic attacks so when I did I delevolped an ongoing ritual of sleeping with the lights on, looking behind my back a lot, and sleeping with my head under the covers!

  • we all have a story to tell and we all have had crappy things happen to us.live your life before it is too late. medication alone does not work. you have to actively seek other souces of help!!

  • The two comments I just posted before are for magnuscaligula and newtownninja.

I do not know why my replies did not come under their names? Something wrong with youtube server?

  • I have had ocd for about 14 years now, its not a big deal for me Ive learned to cope with it, my thought doesnt scare me or anything, my ocd is naming the countries of the world.

  • I cope with my OCD by talking to a girl I like. Thinking about good thoughts also helps but its temporary.

  • To all who have OCD. God hates you

  • that was very assholeish of you to say

  • well since there's no such a thing as god u can go screw ur self!!

  • WHAT??

  • If there is a God, then he/she loves us too. If you do not have OCD, realise how happy you such be. OCD is very painful. So next time think twice and try to understand.

  • ur mother hates u. Just to mess up ur life she screwed a donkey so ud be the uglest mofo out.

  • haha idiots

  • You are so ignorent, 35 years old?!!!!!!! Why did post such a comment?

  • I have had OCD for a year and a but now, it tells me to do stuff or i'd get a bald patch in my early teen or ealry twenties or just twenties. Since if just done my GCSE's it tells my im gonna get straight U's

  • Hi everyone out there, I have had OCD (destructive thoughts) and I recovered from it by meds and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Lee Baer wrote the book "the imp of the mind" which helped me a lot to deal with these thoughts. It's important to speak out!

  • PLEASE ANY ONE CALL ME I HAVE THE CURE FOR OCD AND ITS UNBELIEVABLY SIMPLE NO DRUGS NO psychotherapy. IM NOT SELLING THIS INFO TO ANYONE ITS FREE JUST CLICK WESTONCI mail me youremail address and I WILL TELL YOU WHAT ITS IS.

  • Sex?? I have OCD and I need some good old fashion in and out :D

  • i have OCD. i have had my current obsession for 6 months, it started off with a fear of blaspheming, which led to OCD creating blasphemous thoughts in my head that i disagreed with. i didn't want those thoughts, but they felt so REAL. i have to stay stuff constantly in my head to counteract the thoughts. sometimes i have even been crying about it, but to most people it seems irrational. it's like my mind is a stuck record and the thought won't budge! :(

  • I also have that thing, OCD, is a biatch!! I wish you get better. Some people have different simptoms of the disease.

  • i wouldnt call it ah disease its not contagious but more of ah mental illness i agree i have OCD

  • I went through the same thing. I too had intrusive unwanted blasphemous thoughts, also thoughts of crude sex, swearing, cursing, and other sickening thoughts. It was constant, every second of the day. My way of dealing with it was to pray to God because I thought I was sinning.
