My nickel ones have the crappy cheap plastic case as well. I also do not like the interchangeable system - my needles come unscrewed but I have heard using a little piece of shelf grip stuff to REALLY screw the needles onto the cable works well.

In regards to the difference in cases...KP stopped carrying the deluxe case that your Nickel plated ones came in. I ordered a set of KP Nickel's earlier this year and they came in same case as your Harmony's.

@melkrist Darn! I so loved that case... this one isn't bad or anything, but I just liked the look of the other one so much. Oh, well. Not like it matters - I keep them all on display now anyway, lol. Thanks for the update!

I got this set too, barely use it though because my yarn constantly gets stuck around the interchangeable part where your attach the wire. Hopefully, you can help me fall in love with them once again.

@CraftDknits I have the SAME problem with my nickel-plated ones! I think it's user error, though, because the set I used in my traveling scarf group was A-OK. I'll do some research and let you know if I figure anything out!

@Bethintx1 You're welcome! I love looking through the Mother Bear pictures. I especially love the photos that show one person with the 100 bears they made - they're all so cute! Maybe I'll make 100, haha. I have a feeling they're fun and quick to make.
