3DS version has some cool things, but still it's not the best. Compare it to this video kind of gameplay. Basically, compare 3DS gameplay to wii, xbox, playstation, or whatever goes on TV. Nintendo has a bunch of cool stuff, except gameplay on certain games.

The 3DS has 3D technology,10 minute video taking ability, Streetpass mode, Spotpass mode, A gyro-sensor, Netflix, internet, AR Card viewer, Nintendo Zone, Friend List, SO MANY THINGS, except voice acted cutscenes. VOICE ACTED CUTSCENES WAS ONE OF THE MAJOR REASONS I WANTED A 3DS!!!! Now I have to face the speech bubbles again... Darn it! I expected more from Nintendo. Console versions or whatever they are called have cool cutscenes. Wish they had the same for Nintendo. Anyways I love this game.

Ummm..... I'm not a fan of Sonic games, but I will still continue to call him Dr. Robotnik, because that's the name I knew him as since the days of the 16 bit era. That's like saying no one calls Bowser, King Koopa anymore. Come on, Sega decided to change his name around late 90's or perhaps early 2000's. At least Nintendo made Bowser's name change very early, around 1989, when it would translate a lot better.
