23 cm - I honestly thought that I'd never see anything near 23cm in my life in Southport - but 25cm was on my doorstep and there was almost a foot on the sand dunes
It's rubbish, I live on the west coast of scotland..england and the east coast get ALL the snow...and we just get rain!!! Stinky gulf stream!! (at least its stopping us from being permanently frozen!!)
