Well, the song is kind of right yet wrong, according to one of the names of God, it's both masculine and feminine, but on other hand God has been recorded as a man or some people think since he's a spiritual being he's neither male nor female so I guess people can see him however they want. In other religions gods also can be female as in a goddess.
