There's actually a good strategy for beating primal Dialga. It may be certain pokemon only, but I think it's most water types you can start with. What I did was, I used bide, just before primal dialga used roar of time, and released. Worked like a charm, for any out there having trouble on this guy. Just bring lots of sitrus berries or whatnot. :D
