hey i watched your video on people and their arm hurting. I am 13 and baseball is everything to me. But my arm is not so well i went to a doctor and then i felt better and threw again and now i re injured it and cannot play for longer time then last time. This time though i watched ur videos and other videos about arms. Now i go to the gym do light weight and work the arm out and strengthen those muscles. I would like u to answer me back with any excersises i should do to help my arm more thanks
i want to tell you something man. running long distance is the best thing for your arm and the worst thing to do is bench press. do lots of band work. ab work outs and work your legs. i promise u.
Good points in this video. I learned this stuff the hard way. We use the whole body to pitch so we should train that way instead of isolating muscles and body parts. Movements are what I have found to work best for me.
