@TheoRain I dont really think that it matters who tops. Maybe at the beginning of their relationship he wouldn't like the idea, but they love each other right? And when two people love each other like that submitting to your partner tells them that you trust them and are willing to do absolutely anything for them....though it would only look hilarious if Fai tried to top Kuro lol

Take in account personality. And likewise opposite just because someone doesn't submit to their partner doesn't mean the person doesn't love the other person. Maybe than rather be more on the giving than the receiving end in the relationship. Some could look at that as loving more. The definition of love is so far stretched between people. The point is neutral in this logic seeing how they are characters and only their creators can speak for them and we've got not support for either side.
