wtf...yeah i think everyone else has sumed it up...just because a horse is young or even dangerous you dont need to chase it around the yard with a rope attached to it
THIS IS NOT JOIN UP!! i have been working with horses for 10 years. For the past 2 years, I've been doing join up with every new horse that I start working with. I have probably done about 35 join ups and this is not it!!!
great! CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG, as you have him tied up and are dominantly walking and holding him is this like a mock " stallion fight?" where you are showing him that even tho he is sexual, hes still in your heard and must obey?
Erm.. maybe your right .. but i havent seen many stallions holding down others and pulling them with a rope while being chased around. that horse looked scared .. and confused . :/
at the same time, hes teaching him to be under hand. The rope is used in almost all yearling halter training, and yes, He prob. is confused and scared. Yet most new things are. Someone emailed me about this comment and said it was half right but alot can't be said here, its too hard to explain. :/
Dude! That is NOT a join up. You suck with horses

This person doesn't seem to understand the meaning of join up, or horsemanship.

This "horsemanship" is based on sadistic ignorance. Not better than cannibalism.

The horse is afraid of him and has no idea what he means! Real "communication" huh...
But you know.. what goes around, comes around!

That what you are doing there shall be a Join-Up??
NEVER!!!
You said something about "communication with the horse"...
The way you "communicate" with the horse is only enforcement (is this the right word?? I´ll hope it)
Really Bad!!
