  • The Blues Project, for me, became the standard by which I judged all others. They never did anything I didn't like. "Classic". "MileStone". Epic. Their body of work may have been scant but it was as precious as pearl

  • Thanks! Somebody really needs to upload the Projections album (from whence the cover presented in the photo cometh).

  • How does Katz play both both flute and keyboard simultaneously in concert?

  • Al Kooper plays keyboard

    Andy Kulberg on flute

  • far and away one of the most beautiful songs of its' era...the lyrics are phenominal....the lead singer, ...ah how lovely the voice ...."you can call me from a starlit sairway",,,,whew....I have loved this song for so many years......

  • Without a doubt one of the most influential bands of the day... you can hear this song in a thousand others and i'm sure that will apply to many yet to come.

  • this takes me back to the sixties. bought this album in 1965. unique sound for the time. al kooper, steve katz are extraordinary talents.

"i would rather feel the pain than none at all"
