  • holy shit dude that is brilliant!

  • Can you explain how exactly you add weight?

  • @Leavemealone3467

Sure, what i do is take a piece of chain with a carabeener at the end and place through the middle of the plates and join up the two ends of the chain over the smith bar and hook them together with the carabeener.

  • Can you explain how you added weight?

  • i do these too it hurts my hips.

wish more gyms had actual reverse hyper machines.

  • @fyckthissht Yeah the reverse hyper is a badass machine, just such a shame that so few gyms have them.

  • Worth a try, i heard these really help the lower back and upper glute muscles

  • @JDilla2812 Yeah, i feel a big difference from regular back raises to when i do reverse hypers.

  • Sweet idea!

  • Okay....THAT, is fucking sweet.

  • @NWpowerhouse85

  • @EliteExtra Fuck, i didnt see this comment for over a year, i will check your vids out dude!

  • Dude that is awesome. How the hell do you make the disc stable though mate? I need to try this. Can you use a dipping belt?

  • Yeah i think that would work, try it! Well the disc is not stable so you just have to live with it,lol. the more weight you use the more stable it will be however. But, you will fuck up the smithmachine... I bent the bar! but who cares, its a smithmachine!

  • hehe fuck smith machines

    keep up the training bro!

  • Thanks man! Check out my latest deadlift vid!

  • do you put padding over the bar?

  • Oh yeah dude, if you don't do that your nuts are gonna fall off!

  • I see...so whats ur height & weight. Mariusz Pudzianowski is a freak...

  • nice, maybe i'll get one 4rm u. I got amazing results with Box Squats and 45 degrees hyperextensions. I got up to 280lbs on d box squat before my lower back strain. do u play any sports, bodybuilder, or just work out generally.

  • Thats good bro. I compete in powerlifting, so a strong lower back is essential for me!

  • I love that, no reason to give excuses, gonna try it. too bad i injured my back deadlifting. they re great exercise though(together with d box Squat-d best exercise I have ever done, fantastic for lower leg explosivesness)

  • Well, injurys are just a temporary setback. Yeah, reverse hyper and boxsquats are wicked. Gonna try to build my own reverse hyper soon so i dont have to fuck up my gyms smith machine!
