Sure, what i do is take a piece of chain with a carabeener at the end and place through the middle of the plates and join up the two ends of the chain over the smith bar and hook them together with the carabeener.
Yeah i think that would work, try it! Well the disc is not stable so you just have to live with it,lol. the more weight you use the more stable it will be however. But, you will fuck up the smithmachine... I bent the bar! but who cares, its a smithmachine!
nice, maybe i'll get one 4rm u. I got amazing results with Box Squats and 45 degrees hyperextensions. I got up to 280lbs on d box squat before my lower back strain. do u play any sports, bodybuilder, or just work out generally.
I love that, no reason to give excuses, gonna try it. too bad i injured my back deadlifting. they re great exercise though(together with d box Squat-d best exercise I have ever done, fantastic for lower leg explosivesness)
Well, injurys are just a temporary setback. Yeah, reverse hyper and boxsquats are wicked. Gonna try to build my own reverse hyper soon so i dont have to fuck up my gyms smith machine!
holy shit dude that is brilliant!

@fyckthissht Yeah the reverse hyper is a badass machine, just such a shame that so few gyms have them.

Worth a try, i heard these really help the lower back and upper glute muscles
