Oh btw, we were using live shrimp back then and were not targeting tarpon off the bridge. This tarpon just happened to take that live shrimp. We did catch other smaller species that day though.

I caught a tarpon last Friday in that exact same spot. I was using a live bait.

just so you know you can't keep a tarpon without a tarpon tag..and even if you did they're not prized for their table fare..but awesome video.
