I love how easily your hair just goes into a bun like that. I did it EXACTLY how you did an my hair like flys out of the elastic everywhere and there bumps in my hair and and my hair splits. I have to like retry 100 times before even getting it close to right then after that I have to stick in bobby pins everywhere to get it to even stay.

this hairstyle is best for straight cut hair.. neat result. if your hair is chopped or with many layers, you have to use bobby pins to fix some untied hairs.. you can do it :D

you can do it neatly if your hair isn't dry.. if your hair is dry and you wanna make it neat, i guess, before doing this, apply some cuticle coat on your hair..

This hairstyle is okay, but when you see it in person from the front, it just looks like the girl has really short hair. The only time you notice the bun, is if she turns around or you stand to the side of her or behind her. We were required to wear our hair like this for work, and we all hated it. We all looked like we had short hair, and we were always wanting to turn around and show everyone "see? I have long hair in a bun, not short hair!".
