Garchomp is considered a pseudo-legendary which is why smogon classifies it as uber. However, its the only pseudo legendary in that group which is weird. BTW- Any multi type pokemon that evolves twice and had a base stat total of over 600 is classified as a pseudo-legendary pokemon. These include Garchomp (obviously), Dragonite, Metagross, Salamence, and Tyranitar. One that would fit in to this category is Slaking but it isn't multi-typed and its ability, truant, severly holds it back.
