Nice demonstration. So it seems that the ultrasonic device does help alot. My question will be for the pump. Is it use to cool down the Cell or simply to create a flow? Thanks in advance.
need to know what frequency the ultra sonics is at. stan meyer used frequency adjustments to get voltage to do the work without high amps, reducing the wasted heat, cause by using high amps.
stick to mmw...why the new ml per second crap....yeah it bubbles....did you include power consumed by pump...oh then you are not doing science just showmanship
use head pressure instead of ultrasonics, put your plates at the bottom of a 7ft tube. organic acid works good for ion transfer, I use Acid blend from brew and wine shop. buy a ph meter and bring amperage to plate distance varied by ph levels. water stays clear with organic acid verses salt.
I have read and seen a lot in the last month. From Youtube and -OU-. I have half-baked ideas, but perhaps you can help: 1) Can you use Cascade (dishwasher detergent) as an additive to modify the surface tension of water as effectively as ultrasonics? 2) What would happen if you add Ammonia to prevent freezing in winter? Does ammonia aid/reduce HHO production?
3) To get the most surface area of your metal into the water, wouldn't a grid be better than a plate or even a SS mesh or SS cloth?! This along with a water pump or ultrasonic or Cascade to reduce bubbles getting in the way of your plates? 4) I have seen experiments from 6 volts up to 40,000 volts. Doesn't seem to matter nearly as much as the Pulse Frequency.
Can you use a capacitance meter to quickly figure out a frequency to pulse the cell at? Has anyone tried to use a variable inductor in parallel with the cell to get things 'pinging' and cut power way back, similar to how a tesla coil works? Any coilers out there messed with an HHO cell?
would like to know about your ultra sonics to clear the bubbles. I read that a .9% electro solution was to be used for most efficient production, but when i use that much the water surface tension is too high and i have tons on bubbles, i have two bubblers and i am still pulling bubbles in the motor. just a frothing nightmare. i reduced the electrolyte and it helped but i would like to keep this .9 %. would be nice to know what you are using....it would be much appreciated help... thanks
One mol of HHO contains 2 mols of H2 and 1 mol of O2.
The useful energy contained in HHO equals 2/3 of the Lower Heating Value (Wiki-->"LHV") of pure H2, which is 2.97 Wh/lt (1 Watt-hour = 3.6 KJoul). So LHV(HHO) = 1.98 Wh/lt.
You got 112,5 lt/hour, so 222,75 Wh of useful energy in 1 hour. You´ve spent for that 347,48 Wh. Efficiency = 0,64.
Your Model is exemplary. Beleave it or not, you just solved the problem for the world. Your system could be used as a "on demand" system that requires no holding tank. Fine example of what ultra Sonics can do to liquids, aids in H20/02 spliting which speeds up HHo production. Please present your next video as a complete compact unit with nothing in back ground and still video as a before and after showing hi and low Amps at work.
What do the ultra sonics and pump do? What are the white bubbles when the ultra sonics are off. Could you use a data logger to get a better average for the current? Just a thought that I guess you already had - they can be expensive.
Greetings, I'm a newbee but I just wanted to say that I am so impressed with the results that you and SmartScareCrow are getting that I have started building a 'Closed Cell' as well. Thanks and keep the videos comming.. I need all the help I can get... BTW, I actually have had a bit of success with my first prototype (not closed cell) so I am anxious to do better... I believe the Closed Cell design will do the trick...
Wow. Well i think if you had three of those i could drive around with full throttle and have enough gas without getting my Compressed tanks.. Are you in the seattle area?
this is getting close to On demand Hydrogen if ya ask me. I want to try breaking water into hydrogen other than electricity. more like microwaves..
It is at higher pump speeds the better the mmw i get. The old windshield pump was more aggressive and the water velocity was higher. I can't quantify it because the pump burned up.

so far you have been the only person I have seen admit that amperage is the cause of heat within a cell.

hi is that meter from harbor freight? I thought they were rated at just 10A, how'd you do it?
Thanks.

Great work! Do you get discolored water after a while? When I use lye or baking soda, brown sediment collects. Your water looks pretty clean.

Rename your title. It isn't watts/ml, but how about Joules/mL? You have power per unit gas... it should be energy per unit gas.

wow pretty impressive - what exactly is the "ultra-sonics"? I imagine it has to do with frequencies, but is it an item that you can purchase?
Just curious

I need to figure out what a car needs at idle and cruise as to the Liter's per minute or hour,
I cant seem to find that information. But if you are making a liter every 33 seconds that's
close to 117 an hour. You would think that would be enough, But i dont know all the facts on car engine consumption for Hydrogen.

Questions
1) What is the temp of the cell running with and without the pump and drawing the same volts and amps?
2)Have you tested to see if the water pump is adding to your out put IE: air/o2 and not hho?
3) have you tested to see if the ultrasonics are adding to your output IE: air/o2 and not hho?
Looks great so far keep on splitin
