I find that if you follow up right away with some chia seeds after you've downed garlic or cayenne pepper that it can take the burn away almost immediately. The pepsi only makes the burn worse! I know because I've tried that too!
I eat raw garlic often but not like this. One segment at a time and without the paper. Its really healthy but of course you will stink for about 2 days. LOL
PS. For people that have never chewed raw garlic before. It can burn quite bad.
